The hotel itself is beautiful, and it's in close proximity to D.C. However, the staff that I encountered was passive aggressive and not helpful. When the printer wasn't working, I asked the staff if they could kindly print somrthing (they did). And then I asked if they could delete the info I sent because it contained personal ticket information.
The person at the front desk at the time, Lisa, said something snarky like, "I mean, I'm here; it's not like I'm going to go."
And that was just one of a few passive aggressive things she said.
If you're working in customer service, don't be so nasty.
