No elevator to the 2nd floor. Not very convenient when traveling with a toddler. Service was very good.

I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn locations before, but this experience was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling, with visible discoloration that made it look unclean. The carpet and air conditioning had a musty smell, likely due to excess humidity. The room only had two towels, which was inconvenient, and overall, the space felt very outdated. The shower curtain was also loose and didn’t stay in place. Additionally, the hallway leading to the elevator had a very strong smell of marijuana, which was unpleasant and unprofessional for a hotel environment. This location definitely needs better maintenance and stricter cleanliness and safety standards.

Older property. Room was not made up and cleaned after first full day. Shower water pressure was terrible. A hair was on the the corner of the tub.

Alot of negative reviews,some dead on,some with unrealistic expectations. My wife and I stayed one night. Room was reasonably clean etc. It has a balcony, kinda nice but where it shines is location. Nice Publix in center,which makes a big convenience plus,easy accessibility and at night,i saw someone patrolling the parking lot( just a little add on) I would stay there again, no problem. Breakfast was iffy but there but nice conveeient location etc,where

Wonderful to be able to walk to the shopping and restaurant area and convenient to turnpike.

The room was not very clean.

We booked two queen beds and confirmed this in our reservation receipt. We got there and their beds are full size beds. We even measured them and at the desk said that was “their queen size”. We paid good money for our room and to not get what you booked and mattress was horrible!! Never again will we book with them! We had one person sleep in the car it was so bad!

Staff was nice but the maintenance in our room was not kept up well. The first room I was given smelled weird. The second room smelled much better, but the tub was stained, bathroom door handle was very loose, baseboard trim was falling away from the wall, & the balcony was too dirty to enjoy. We couldn't even sit in the chairs on the balcony.

This place was honestly not to bad. The place was generally clean. Not perfect by any means. But the rooms were good. The breakfast options were usually well avaialble. And its in walking distance to a few stores/ shops. Especially a publix. Which was convienient. The staff was nice. Although any time i needed towels i never got them. They seemed to just refuse to bring them. No biggie. I bought some 6 dollar ones from target and solved my issue. Overall for a budget(ish) friendly hotel. I dont mind it.

Very efficient and affordable

Bathtub derty. Didn’t get booked bed size . My wife and I they gave us 2 double beds instead of king size as booked . Terrible . I will have to stop using you guys .

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. Good breakfast.
