The staff was great

This hotel SHOULD NOT be a choice!

TV didnt work very well. Only had 1 channel, and the light switch for the area outside of the bathroom with a mirror and sink did not work. You have to flip it multiple times to get it to finally turn on.

Only stayed 1 night friendly people but old syle rooms had a slight oder in them

From the moment i walked into welcome area and desk as well down hallway and the roombthe overwhelming mustiness and smell so offensive i could not stay...they said it was non-refundable because it was thru you but chase travel had my back...we are not high falutin type of people but i don't really understand how they are still in operation...when i drove into lot not one car in that large parking lot i thought they weren't open...now i know why! When i mentioned to others in the community later about my experience they understood and said the place has a bad reputation in the area

The lady at the front desk was rude. The key cards didn’t work to get in the room

Good place to stay for sleep and shower right off interstate. Stayed with pet and was convenient first floor room. Little outdated and loud with passing cars, but was fine!

The overall appearance was fine and clean. There were stains on the chair in my room but the room was clean.

There were blood spots on the rug and the walls were filthy. The room smelled like stale smoke and was musty. The truck noise from the highway was terrible. I do not recommend this location even for a short night stay.

Breakfast low quality. Facility and rooms were very run down. The picture online when booking was not reality.

Pau t in tub chipping. Toilet paper holder broken. Very noisy.

Lack of basic amenities. Free breakfast lacked choices and there was no complimentary bottled water available to patrons

Not a bad room for the price we got. But the room smelt like moldy damp cat pee. The map in the room had mold on it. Beds clean but again had a damp smell. Was not able to use to the room key. Had to call the front deks they put us in the back of the hotel and had to wait for them to walk over. Again not bad for what we paid.

It was a really easy check in and check out process. The room was clean. Very convenient spot as well! No complaints and the free breakfast was nice!

This place needs an overhaul. The place is old and dirty. The bed was comfortable, but that was about it.
