Property was ok for the price.

The pool was dirty and the slide for the pool was not working that is one reason we stayed here and I could only find one ice machine on the hall property and it was out of ice every time I when to get ice

No elevator to second floor. Older building but rooms are updated. Staff were helpful, nice and hard working.

They had bed bugs and didnt want to do anything about it.

Bed was nice and firm, staff was friendly and loved the breakfast waffles. Even got to stop by the water park/pool! Lovely facility!

Bathroom not clean tub, toilet and floors dirty. Housekeeping did not enter room to fix beds, clean nor give us clean towels. Asked for check out receipt was not given one.

They have a ping pong table and a snack shop. The staff is friendly and waffles for breakfast.

First room they put me in air conditioner did not work went to second room and there were kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors all night long for almost the whole week I was there The kiddie pool had open drain holes in the bottom The big pool was disgusting looking with no slide and the jacuzzi was closed never once did I see housekeeping I had to ask them for more towels

Nice place to stay while traveling through. Not the fanciest, but seemed clean.

This place is great if you’re looking to stop by the great sand dunes. It is a little outdated, but the rooms are still clean and cozy. There is ac and great shower water pressure. Town isn’t great, but the staff helped us a ton find the hidden gems for some great lunch and dinner. Staff was lovely and this is a great and easy spot for the price.

Room was clean but property needs some updating. The door didn't latch well, often the key card didn't work. The game area and pool where thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. We had a room that looked into the atrium/game room and the air coming in from the AC always seemed stale and breakfast was ok, but nothing great. Staff was friendly and helpful

Nice staff, clean room

Staff was friendly and helpful, and room was fine and clean. Breakfast was somewhat meager - only hot food was waffles, so there was a line for that. No yogurt or oatmeal. There was a toaster, but no bread or bagels to put in it.

Our experience was kind of a mixed bag. The hotel was kind of tired. We did not use the water park, but the slide and hot tub were not in use and it had an abandoned feel. The hotel layout was kind of strange. But our room was large and clean, the staff very friendly, breakfast was basic but adequate and the price was good. So for us it worked.

As others have said, the hotel is rundown and in ill repair, as well as as dirty. Hygiene everywhere was suspect, bed was lumpy and had to go to second room before finding air conditioning that worked. however, Kate, who worked at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Really great place to stay for a family.

I liked the room size, mattress and safety bars for the tub.l didn’t like the lack of management around maintenance and housekeeping. The breakfast was lacking protein. The fitness room was very nice but again the lack of housekeeping was obvious.
