The automated check-in process was a mess. No front desk staff when we arrived. Had to look for someone to help with check-in and a rather rude and inexperienced staff attended to us. He didn't really know how to check us in using the automated system and another person had to be enlisted to help. This process took a very long time. Upon check out, when I insisted on a receipt, I was told there were some additional taxes and fees that I had to pay. When I disputed this cause my prepayment included taxes and fees, only then were these charges reversed. Furthermore, once the check-out time is passed, the card is automatically disabled even though you have not officially checked out. Whilst taking out some bags, the room door closed and I couldn't get back in to retrieve my other bags! Had to go to front desk to get help to open the door. Due to this experience, I thought I had better ask the front desk staff to confirm that I could use the access card to exit the basement carpark and I was told yes the card is still activated to exit the carpark. However, sadly, it didn't allow me to exit the carpark and I had to go up to front desk and get the card activated again! Check-in and check out was a complete mess and a huge waste of time.
