When I got to the hotel, there were no clear signs on entry. My reservation was then changed due to my circumstances and the price was higher than I was quoted online. The first room they put me in, I couldn’t get in due to the door jam being on. So they placed me in another room. I had to be up early for an event and I didn’t get to sleep until midnight due to loud people in the hallway that seemed to be partying in the hallway. Would not recommend anyone stay there that is looking for quiet.

Professional staff, quick check-in. Well maintained landscaping.

Needs a backup generator.

The staff were very courteous and checked us in from mobile phones due to a power outage. We were going to eat dinner next door but they were also out of power. Found a restaurant but it was difficult to return to hotel due to road closures. We had hoped power would be restored but it never was. We had been looking forward to the hot tub. Too tired to look for different accommodations.

Very clean and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Room was nice and clean. The whole builing smelled clean when we got there also.

I’ve stayed there multiple times and this was the worst stay by far. Unsupervised young children were allowed to yell and scream until 3am. It was hard to believe that the hotel staff didn’t do more about it.

Put us in the conference area with a large Shriners group that came in and were very loud with their music and drinking and late in the night. There was no reason for us to be that close to them

Function was great.stay was better average.staff was accommodating Recommend class act

Charmaine at the front desk was very friendly. The night clerk was extremely helpful and went our of his way to assist me. I wish I knew his name.

Everything was good. Average hotel experience. We did have a problem with a broken doorknob but nothing too crazy. The layout was weird though. To get to the pool is a very long walk from our room we stayed in, unless we just took the long way…? The pool was amazing and big and the hot tub was awesome with the water feature. My first expert on a sauna, went well! Very good stay though. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because we like to try other places. No regrets otherwise.

The first night we stayed was fine The second night we ended up leaving before midnight because there were some kids running up and down the hall screaming and knocking on all the doors and calling the front desk did no good. The did absolutely nothing about it. I feel like if I pay to sleep in a room I should be allowed to sleep The breakfast they served in the dining area was great though

We have stayed here before and did not hesitate to return. The room was great, everything worked and was clean.

Its an ok hotel. I’m not going to rate it above of what it really is. It’s what you get for the money.

Did not like that restaurants and grocery stores were not close except for the attached restaurant which was more fine dining.

It was great, wouldn’t go anywhere else when in Lexington or close by.
