It's near to Supermarket, Restaurants, Laundry, Subway station, UPS and University. Front office is friendly, Coffee in the Lobby 24 hours, hairdryer and iron is helpful, they also give me tooth paste for free, room is comfort.

Relatively affordable when you go to Washington. But the best thing is the location since it is very close to Subway Red Line and also bus stop for buses that goes into center of the city
