Friendly front desk clerk's

I wasn't happy with the breakfast that they provided. This is one thing that would make me not stay here again. I would like to see some eggs and possibly sausage or bacon that is not in a prepackage form.

Stopped here for night before heading to Swans Island. Perfect location next to Hannafords for picking up groceries for week on the island.

Very disappointed to arrive & find out that we are placed on the second floor with no elevator. Also, Huge pot holes in the parking lot.

The hotel is ok for the price. The breakfast was cheesy

It was noisey. 2 noisey neighbors killed the quietness. On vacay, you want to be relaxed. Construction plus noisey neighbors was disastarous. There is a huge rift in the ceiling of the structure as well. I am sure they know about and will fix it. Not having clean trash cans was annoying.Price for a 3 star hotel was not justified. Bfast was solid but I missed 2 due to lack of sleep.

Room was absolutely filthy upon check-in. They would not move us or have someone clean the room. The desk staff's solution was to hand me cleaning supplies and have me clean my room MYSELF. Spoke to management the following day and got further runaround, saying they'll "try" to compensate me but have to check. Stonewalled me and refused monetary compensation, but they were kind and generous enough to leave Doritos and a bottle of water in my room the following day. Thanks for the $3 worth of snacks to compensate for a disgusting room full of dirt and pubic hair! Building condition is poor as well. Giant potholes, elevator out of order, the pool, *which they advertise as a key amenity*, is closed until 2026 AT LEAST. Water from drink machine tastes moldy, like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Water bubbler in fitness center was empty and not refilled for our entire stay. 0/5 stars

Nice, convenient space and good value for the money spent.

Staff was friendly and has a dog mascot which was amazing. The room I purchased we had to wait an extra 2 hours for and it was purchased well ahead of time.

We had an excellent stay! The suite room we had was big enough for three adults. The beds were comfortable. The small kitchen had all we needed. The bathroom water pressure was good. The entire inn seemed recently renovated. The front desk was very courteous and efficient. The breakfast room was large, but the layout could be improved to increase the flow of people. Food options for breakfast were just okay. There were a few restaurants nearby also.

The room was okay and the property was a bit dingy. What was frustrating, though, about the staff was the additional charge of about $12 for taxes that was, for some reason, not included in what we were charged through Expedia. That was disappointing.

I had booked a Superior room with sofa bed and had also paid the additional cost for the Superior room when booking one month in advance. However, when checking in I was given a smaller room with no sofa bed. The lady at the front desk said they are sold out and the Superior room is not available. If I would have been informed about this while booking then I would have booked some other hotel.

Everything was great! The only minor issues are 1. The parking lot is in pretty rough shape. There are several sizable potholes. 2. This is a really minor one, there are no usb outlets in the room, so if you son’t bring a usb wall charger, you aren’t charging your phone, or tablet etc in the room. Luckily there’s a walmart around the corner where i ran to grab one. Also, you can’t stream to the tv, so if you’re watching tv, you’re watching direct tv.

No service during your stay unless you ask. Had to go to the desk for clean towels. Did not replenish coffee in the room, had to go ask for it. Was asked to reuse the single use coffee filter trays for in room coffee maker. Asked to reuse paper coffee cups.

Great place to rest and recover from a day of hiking Free breakfast and a small kitchen in the room which was wicked helpful The A/C system in the room was wicked loud and we had to turn it off But other than that-great

The bathroom was not clean and there were chips all over the floor.
