This is a hotel to stay at if you just want a place to stay right off the highway at the last minute. Not much around the property or in the nearby area. With that said, it fit what we were looking for perfectly. Very clean. Very quiet.

The room was adequate, but the back parking lot is lit up like a football field night game and the black out curtains were barely able to block it out. The room looked like dawn all night long. The last time I was there I was in the front of the building and did not have that issue. Breakfast was pretty mediocre but the egg things were edible. The drain plug for the tub was broken so the tub filled when you took a shower. I had to open the plug and wedge the top part in there so it would deain properly.

We were in town for a tounement. When we arrived we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. They did not know how or why, but they had the same room available but for a higher cost. We booked through a link that was sent to us by a friend who was also booking. They did not loose my friends reservation but several other families that were there for the tournament had the same thing happen to them. I think they need to fix the booking issues, paying more when you book early to get a better rate really was disappointing. Other then that the place was nice and staff were great.

When I got to my room there was an open bar of soap in the tub! When I asked for them to clean it I was told that the cleaning staff went home for the evening. Then I asked could I please be given a sponge to clean the tub I was given a dirty wash rag and a spray bottle. When I called to the front desk to ask for a new shower curtains I was told that she now had to change my room because this is the second incident. So my family and I had to pack everything up return downstairs and then to our new room! My experience was horrible! I will not be returning to this location!

Honestly the only good thing about this place was the front desk ladies. I tried calling to ask about my stay and apparently it’s incredibly hard to get ahold of someone unless you’re booking a new stay. There was literally mold in the bathroom and the ceiling could be pushed up. The room was not lit very well and there was a clear gap under the door. The hotel was incredibly outdated. The beds I don’t think are actually queen size beds. They also don’t tell you they put a $200 hold on your card until you get there. The breakfast was pretty decent but the drinks were watered down. Overall, I will never stay ever again.

I was stuck in a snow storm and the roads were horrible, its the only Hotel in the pass, on the site it said it took dogs, i have a yorkie and minature schnauzer, i had a wheelchair person traveling with me, it was 14 degrees out and no other options, when i went in after paying I asked about the pet fee, that it even said was ok, the sheet had a pet fee and he told me he couldnt rent me the room, unless the dogs stayed in the car. I advised what the website said, he said it was incorrect, I offered to pay a pet deposit and even offered to have him come check the room before and after checking out to see if my animals made a mess and I would pay. However, my dogs are both well trained and I had their cage to put them in. He still refused. The snow storm was not on the radar and it snowed 6 inches in less than 45 minutes. He advised me he turned away 2 other couples so he wasnt gojng to make an exception for me. I understand his concern, i understand the hotel might have different rules then what was on hotels.com. he did refund my money, so that was the one good thing, but overall, never again will i book a room at comfort suites. I had to continue to drive For about 30 miles at 15 miles an hour to be safe to find a hotel that would take dogs. A little grace in a snow storm would have been nice. There is a reason I dont even look to book hotels any longer when i travel.
