It was nice and comfortable

Pool is dirty (including the area around it) and very noisy due to equipment. Hallways need vacuuming.

The property has allowed a large number of apparently non registered people on site to fill the parking lot and drink in the lobby and pool area. The carpets in the halls are very dirty and the rooms have a smell to them. For $200 I expected better! I learned my lesson. I won’t stay at a Comfort Inn again

Breakfast is more than your ordinary hotel breakfast. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Kids enjoyed time in the pool

Nice and clean hotel for a quick visit to Bay City. Centrally located to all the downtown attractions, shopping, restaurants and riverfront. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms at reasonable price.

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice. Especially Kevin because he made sure that my sister and I had adjoining rooms. I also liked that the hotel was located near the river and parks which made for a beautiful view. The lady, I apologize I can't remember her name, that prepared the breakfast was extremely nice and she was always made sure that everything was to our liking.She was also a delight to talk to. I would definitely stay again.

We love the small atmosphere and everyone is so friendly

It’s not on the river front so I don’t know why it says that. We booked this specifically to be on the river only to find it’s hidden behind another building across the street from the river. So ya that not river front but ok.

Not a bad place for a quick night’s rest

Are hotel stay was one of the best we have ever stay. The staff were very accommodating and so very nice.
