Advertising a restaurant. Its actually closed. Not just for the day. Its closed for the foreseeable future. They need to stop advertising this.

This is the type of hotel that hides cameras secretly in the bathroom. Meth heads outside. Not secure. Not clean. We reserved lake view. What we got was HVAC view. Hotel could not accommodate and stated no lake view rooms were left, however the acting supervisor stated we are not guaranteed the rooms we book on third party sites such as Expedia.

The staff was kind but not helpful. We checked into our room with two queen beds when I originally booked the king room. They said they ran out of king rooms even though only two of the seven floors were being semi occupied. They called it an upgrade and “wouldn’t charge us more” even though the queen rooms are less money, so again, not an upgrade. The room was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom and on the shower walls. The shower head made a terrible screeching noise, probably because it was being held together by a literal hair tie with hair still tangled in it. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed, the duvet did not have a cover and was visibly dirty with a bright pink substance that we also noticed was on the ceiling above the bed. The lobby smelled heavily of cigarettes and there was cigarette butts inside of the stairwell. The walls are paper thin and since they grouped everybody who was staying there onto two floors, we could hear everything all night and day from the other guests. The other reviews seem to have a common theme and it looks like we won’t be able to get our money back. We won’t be back.

The hot tub and pool were broken. That was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The bar and lounge has been closed for months.

For $250 per night x several hundred filled rooms, there’s no excuse to still run a tired old facility. The recent reviews seemed good, but the experience was poor.

I stayed here for one night and got a king deluxe room. It was spacious but seemed very budget. Executive chairs had scratches and large tears in them (though I didn't need them so no harm to me). There was a used but mostly full monster energy drink in the middle of the floor when I got there. I'm assuming someone or the cleaning crew left it on accident. I got there at 9:20 at night but the room wasn't ready. Apparently the door needed a new battery. Found out after 15 minutes that another guest was waiting for the same. I guess electronic doors need batteries and run out often. Either way, it took about 45 minutes to get into the room late at night which my 2 daughters were not excited about after a long day at the travel tournament we were at. The lady at the desk was nice just clearly had a lot of guests to handle. Also the bathroom was old and cheap feeling. The bar sink and bathroom sink both backed up after a few minutes and took a while to drain but eventually did. The funniest was the shower arm mount that was originally pointing itself at the wall. I had to play with the screws to set it back so I could get the shower to spray into the tub and not at its own wall. I posted a video on google maps as well as this review for others. Overall just a large but somewhat run down room.

I waited 1.5 hours from checking into getting my room. This hotel is poorly run and the entire staff should be removed and replaced with people that care about customer service and hospitality. Staff your hotel. There was only one person working on a Saturday night of graduation weekend. We got some excuse that they had to check the batteries of the locks on our room door because there were “issues” throughout the day. So many people were in the lobby irritated and angry. Just didn’t make for a comfortable scene.

The restaurant the pool and hot tub were all in renovations.Ok. We understand upgrading. Just poor timing. But The TV and internet were also out the first night. Ok. Things happen. Once it was back on, The remote wasn’t charged so we called to ask for another one. But the phone in the room wasn’t working. Tried to open the shade that was pulled down. But it was broken. Wouldn’t roll up. The room had plenty of towels but no washcloth. When I asked for them they gave us ONE. The hand towels had stains on them. I went to write something down on the pad they leave in each room. Great. But the pen was broken. lol. But we had a roof over our head. Expensive for what it was.
