Will stay again

Staff was incompetent and allowed someone entry to our room. Will not be staying again.

There were bugs in the main area and bathroom. Limited parking lot lightin.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed pillows were very comfy. Employees always helpful. Carpet in hallway worn out, some pieces cut out, duct tape used to repair.

Everything was lovely. Will definitely be coming again :)

This is a clean older motel between the highways and has parking for big rigs, which makes it noisy.. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was absolutely nothing remarkable boring.

Housekeeping was the issue that prevented a perfect rating. We stayed there from the 24th checked out the 27th and not once was our room cleaned, dirty towels picked up or clean ones replaced. Beds were not made , nor garbage emptied. We picked our towels up from the front desk. Breakfast was very good, coffe great, beds comfortable. Concerns over safety , the amount of water that tracked onto the tile floor. There was 1 wet floor sign placed, however very slippery in the area. Exterior of building was clean. The night shift lady on duty, I believe her name was Alisha was very pleasant and welcoming!

Missing towels in unit. Got from front desk. She was nice and accommodating. Shower head leaked and constant water on bath floor. Handicap unit and shower was not set up for someone who did not need features. Poor lighting in unit. No guide for tv. Scary looking situation with bus in parking lot that looked like homeless were living in it. Another guest had concerns and asked about it and clerk did not seem to realize it was there.
