Very nice and comfortable. The kids loved the pool.

Everything was fine

It was a nice hotel with easy access to I-10. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was above par for a free spread

This place is so confusing - the staff are as nice and helpful as they can be. I didn’t interact with anyone here who wasn’t super nice. But the hotel is not updated or particularly well kept, and for what they charge it should be. It’s clean for sure but hadn’t been updated in 30 yrs at least.

Pluming issues, Ceiling damage, rooms were t clean etc..

Paid extra for breakfast for 2 Grits were dry sausage was burnt Asked for refund and was told that the manager would call me... That hasn't happened as of yet

Always the best stay! I go so much I already know the front desk staff. They accommodate my needs asap. I never have any trouble. Greg is the best, he always makes sure im taken care of. Thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn.

The second time staying there staff were great and welcoming, and it was pleasant

When I arrived here the receptionist first told me I was at the wrong hotel and then gave me a room when I entered it had people in it so he had to give me another room Not acceptable at all

Amazing

Convenient to the interstate 10 to Mississippi and Alabama. Clean rooms, coffee, refrigerator hairdryer, no microwave. Internet/cable not good. Constant interference with reception. Continental breakfast is prepared to individuals choice (limited choice( weekend open breakfast buffet)). Bar and restaurant mixed together.

The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good as well.

Just okay, lamp didnt work on desk, had to replace, tv cable box went out and had to be replaced, no maid service or clean towels during our 3 night stay.

The staff were great. Bar and restaurant was realy good. Horel was extremely hot. AC not working in bar and restaurant. Pool not working. Room has leaks. Floor was wet. Clothes were wet from dampness in the room. Spiders in bathroom

The location was okay. Poop empty of water and shower kept breaking
