Excellent! I love it!

Room, bathroom, carpet had bad yucky stains and dirt. Elevator was very dirty. Staff was nice and helpful.

Close to the beach. The food at the restaurant was lacking, but the drinks were good.

Great service

Everyone at the hotel was friendly. Hemingway’s Was convenient and had lots of options. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay at the Va Beach Holiday Inn. Ate at Hemmingway’s restaurant and it was delicious. All the staff were great! Thanks!

The customer service is not good

The parking was difficult. One elevator was not working so there was only 1 elevator for 12 floors.

It was very pretty, staff was awesome. We had a great time definitely we will be back.

The location was excellent for all of the things we planned on doing. The first room we were put in smelled so much of marijuana. The lady at the desk was nice but unable to give us another room on the same floor as the rest of our family. About 15 minutes later, the air conditioner blew up and the lady at the desk was able to give us another room on the same floor as our family. The second room was dirty. There were potato chips on the floor and the shower had not been cleaned, although the beds were made and new towels in the bathroom. There were no batteries in the TV remote. The hotel states it is a smoke free facility but reeked of marijuana all the time. The staff who we encountered were very nice.

The elevator being out was inconvenient, even though they did have people trying to fix it the long lines and wait for the working elevator made me take the stairs typically Good thing I was only on the 3rd floor Overall an awesome place to stay with super friendly staff and the restaurant had amazing food

Great location on the VA Beach oceanfront. Walkable to good dining and entertainment options. Staff was courteous and efficient. I must have visited on an unlucky week, though. During my stay, one of the two elevators was out of service and many guests (myself included) had to use the stairs or risk the long wait. The 1st floor landing of the rear stairwell was unfortunately cluttered with hotel equipment that allowed only slender guests to squeeze past. I assume that this was a temporary blockage and that it was removed sometime after, but this was still highly unsafe considering the higher guest foot traffic in stairwells that day. This is a decent hotel that suffered a major equipment malfunction. It happens. I just found the hotel's responsiveness to the issue to be lacking.

The Room

Only one operating elevator made getting in an out inconvenient to say the least.

This hotel was great! The suite was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was a little small but it was still worth the money. I felt like parking was tight but it was safe. The police sub station was right across the street. The views are amazing of the ocean. I even saw dolphins 😊 I would highly recommend!

Right on the beach.

We were walking distance from the concert Venue and restaurant. Easily access to the beach and the boardwalk.

The hotel and restaurant staff were excellent.
