Clean, nice and the food was great

Great location, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast.

I came during karaoke night so I thought it was going to ruin my night because I’m so use to hotels with super thin walls I thought for sure the music would be unbearable. Nope, didn’t hear as much as a peep in my room. I absolutely love quiet hotel rooms and I base my ratings on that and the smell of the room. Fantastic hotel to stay!!!

Nice little story they didn’t have a party in the hallway, which made it a little uncomfortable going back-and-forth to the room

Overall the hotel was fine. However, the bathroom clearly needed updating with the shower finish peeling along with the caulk around it. There was also a mildew odor to the bathroom.

Check in and out was fine! Lobby furniture could be updated as well as new carpet. Overall the room was good.

Terrible lighting in the room. The TV didn't work. The advertised free cookies were mostly absent. The breakfast was great! The food in the Beer Garden was terrific!

The area is good. The room had a musty moldy damp smell. The TV could have more channels and the air conditioner just made the room smell more like damp cat

Very outdated property which had an odor throughout. The room, hallway and elevator all smelled. They were stingy on the towels but would give you more if requested. Front desk was almost always vacant-no employees around. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Carpet in room almost felt wet-i wore shoes 100% of the time. Bed was comfortable but the sheets and blanket(if you want to call it that) seemed way to small for the bed and paper thin. Don’t recommend staying here!!!!

The location in perfect where ever you want to go to Utica.

The locati I n was in a safe area near colleges and restaurants.

I was there 6 nights and room cleaned 1 time even after requesting it be cleaned more. Unacceptable

No towel racks in bathroom!- no place to hang up wet/damp towels Lighting was poor in room. Had 2 seats with table in corner of room but no lamp/light to use there to read. Bed light dim not bright enough to read in bed.

We found a used, filthy dish and water bottle behind the night table by the bed. We threw it in the trash.

The staff was cheerful and out of their way helpful. Room was very clean, it was a very pleasant stay.

We found this a perfectly clean and comfortable spot to stay while visiting our daughter at college. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely be staying here again.
