Nice place to stay

Nice place and so quiet and relaxing

It was supposed to be a handicap room. There was very little space for my wheelchair to fit between the dresser and the bed to go around to my side of the room. There was bars in the bathtub/shower but was no shower chair and was not a walk in shower was a bath tub so unable to take a shower. The bathroom ceiling was a drop down that had water damage and a couple of the pieces looked like it could fall. The handicap peep hole you could see through into the room from the hallway so we had to place a tissue in it on the room side. They had lobby music playing inside and out so loud it could be heard in our room. At 9pm I asked for it to be turned off which they did so. It was turned back on at 8 am waking us up. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking from the rain and they didn't warn guests as we walked through just had wet floor signs so the rain was dripping on us as well as other customers. We will not be staying here again.

This stay was disappointing. We had a long day and checked in late. Got a hotel with a hot tub (NO HOT TUB HERE). Woke up in the morning and to our surprise as well as other guests, there was no hot tub. We felt utterly ripped off as we couldve stayed elsewhere for what we paid. Not sure how many other codes were broken around this building but this what we saw alone from where we were at. We left way sooner than expected to get our day going instead of chilling in the hot tub that didn’t exist

The place doesn’t seem half bad when you walk in, however the rooms are disgustingly cleaned, there was hair in the bathtub and it was grimy all over the place. Shower curtains needed replacing. There was a sign on the pool that it was shut down by the health department but guest were allowed to swim. Wouldn’t choose this if it wasn’t for a group thing. There is a large breakfast room and buffet that wasn’t that bad… pool overlooks the rooms. Our room was so hot it was unreal! Creepy people in the lobby and outside the hotel.

The rooms were very dirty and beds in both rooms looked like they were slept in. The key cards were not working, and the room doors did not latch properly and made us feel very unsafe. We tried to get a refund for the 2nd and 3rd nights, but the hotel refused.

Close to worlds of fun is a plus. Offer a pretty decent breakfast but i definitely think someone should over see the kitchen not just regular employees. We liked the entrance but they definitely need to follow that them and update the place! Nice staff

Couldn't take a bath, had to shower everyday, tub had no plug, pool was too salty, needs private swim time for adults 21 and older, no kids.

My only issue with my stay was that when I woke up there was a silverfish laying in the bed or actually crawling in the bed with me.

They neglected to return our $100 deposit and double billed us for our room. We had already paid through Expedia, but they billed us again and said they would take care of both charges when I called them. Well, they didn’t. Not happy.

Do not waste your money. This “hotel” is disgusting. Not clean, the beds looked slept in upon arrival, looks nothing like the pictures. Do not recommend.

Horrible never again

Stairwells was filthy, homeless camp on property behind fence, trash everywhere, food service area reeked of body odor like someone who hadnt bathed in months.

We definitely won't be staying here again. Upon check in we were told there was an additional $100 deposit per room (we reserved 2 rooms) that we were not aware of. Luckily we had the available credit. It was advertised with pool and hot tub, the was no hot tub and the pool was so cold and steps were slimy there was no way my toddler was getting in. We decided we just hang out and play on the pool table. When we asked about it the staff was very rude and said it was broken and nobody could use it. While waiting in line to ask about the pool table the guest in front of us had asked about getting a couple extra towels for their room for showering. She was told "No we don't give extra towels" "You have to wait until morning" then"you have to wait an hour" Not sure if she ever got extra towels or not. Our hall from the stairs to our room smelled of weed. To each their own but prefer not to have to smell it walking to my room every time. Very disappointed stay. The headboard of our bed looked like someone had shaken a carbonated beverage up and let it spray all over. No handsoap in the bathroom.

The first room they tried to give me smelled like cat pee got a new room much better then had to relocate again due the miscommunication of my dog. The last room was torn up. I have pictures of water that flooded my room from the dripping faucet.

Not a good area right next to a tent city. Rooms are dirty and moldy. Pool is dirty also.

We arrived and immediately felt unsafe. There were syringes in the parking lot we could see into a top floor room that looked like the ceiling had just fallen down from water damage. We checked in got into our room and it was dirty. Trash everywhere, things hanging from the ceiling, windows covered in dirt and hand prints, stains in sheets and chair in the room. I went back down to the lobby the ceiling was leaking. I requested a refund which they did but then charged me again a couple days later that I’m in the process of receiving still. I do think it’s under new management and they are trying but this is just not a good place.
