Definitely would come back

Very clean and accommodating

IT SUCKED CUZ TV DIDNT WORK AND WOULD NOT FIX TIL NEXT DAY, IF THEN. FRIG DIDNT WORK, SHEETS MADE ME ITCH - TOO MANY SHAFY CUSTOMERS AND DOGS

I only had a problem with the app itself. I made a reservation @ 6:30 - 7:00 pm May 10. I arrived @ 1am May 11 only to find out the system kicked out my reservation. The app should have indicated that I had to check in between 3pm and midnight the 10th. The man working the desk at the Wyndham Hotel 108th & West Dodge, Omaha, Ne went above and beyond to accommodate me. He could see my frustration and did whatever it took to make sure my reservation happened like it shouldve without me having to be without a room until the next day at three pm.

Complete disregard for customer service. Had bogus policies that were continously added to or changed so most online bookings had to deal with some hassle or another and a lot of the reservations were denied even though they are nonrefundable. And quite rude while they drnied people. I wont stay again. Plus spent the entire stay with no tv because the cable was out. I asked 3 times during the day and finally was told that the person who could fix the problem left 20 minutes before. So he WAS there the other times i asked but thats one of the motels features i had been promised and didnt recieve and not even offerrd co.loation

Very beautiful pool and a very nice and clean hotel.

My kids found drugs and straws cut in half in are room right on the tv stand we got moved then we found a bed bug as soon as we pulled the blankets down was told to find some were eles to stay

I arrived at hotel couldn't even check in at hotel said itd be 2 he wait before i could get a room??????? My room was paid for days in advance

Front desk person was very unprofessional. Multiple guest complaining about their rooms dirty and had not been clean from the previous guest. Front desk guy left us plus 6 other guest in line unattended for 30 minutes. He disappeared and came back.

It was very nice place to give kiddos a break. Price was good.

I made a reservation earlier in the day. I called the front desk to let them know I will be coming in very late, around midnight. I called again later in the afternoon to tell the next front desk, attendant, the same thing. When I got there around the night, the front desk said my reservation has been canceled because I got there so late. I had to insist that they give me a room even though I had called twice. The thermostat in my room set at 76. Even though I turned it down to 69 the temperature remained at 76 the entire night. Very uncomfortable. There was toothpaste from the previous person on the faucet of my bathroom. I could not get my TV to change channels at all. The only positive items can give is that I was able to stay rather inexpensively.

Never again will I ever stay here EVER AGAIN! First of all I payed for a king bed. Didn't even get that. They gave us a queen bed. Second there was stains all over the room! Disgusting and disappointed! Third the AC hardly worked and it was 80 plus degrees during the day. Fourth the sink had cracks everywhere and the water wouldn't drain. Fifth the bed was so uncomfortable. There was only a pad on our bed so it was rock hard. The staff are so rude. Also they were still cleaning rooms at 10pm. I was pissed I was woken up from them from being so loud in the hallway. This hotel is very disgusting and disappointed. I've never had such disappointment staying in hotels until this one. And mind you there was nothing for breakfast but yogurt and waffles.
