I wanted room service n food the next day but didnt get it lol but its great pool was great bed was phenomenal n i also wanted food 😌

Like most motels the ice machine didn't work and plus they a laundry that was affordable $1.50 per cycle but dryer probably would need 2 cycles to fully dry clothes would have been nice if they had a change machine to exchange dollar for quarters had to go to a store to get quarters for the machines

Bed uncomfortable outdated but cheap

Staff was great,new restaurant started, only issue I had my desk light,didn't work no power, maintenance worker not there, they loved my service dogs, ate 3 meals,Fri fish fry was great,

I was there 5 days and did not have maid service at al. Coffee available in room but no cups or condiments. Non smoking rooms but hallways reeked of marijuana as well as coming thru the vents. Microwave was filthy.

I always stay at this hotel when I get one in Elmira...I like easy access on and off highway...the grandkids love the pool...wish it was open earlier and closed later...staff was great

Good place for an average stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice big pool and lots of parking. Easy to find. Average rooms, a bit outdated but perfectly suitable for a get away!

Very quiet. Good location. WiFi did tend to be hit or miss.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived over an hour after allowed check-in. The room was dated but reasonable, we paid for a suite and they used a regular room as the living room. This was better than anticipated but the room just didn't feel clean due to the condition of the furniture. The pool area has some major water problems. There is a large bank of sliding glass doors that caused a significant amount of condensation on the ceiling and wall that was dripping all over the floor. This led to what appeared to be moss starting to grow on the floor as well asthe paint peeling on the floor. The restaurant was clearly open upon check-in but in the morning the door was closed even though the hours showed it as open. I did ask at the desk and was told there was a door around the corner. They were short staffed and unable to accept cash but they were open. Overall, if you need a bed it's not terrible but not good either.

It's a great place for a quick stay. Staff was friendly, and check in was quick for a weary traveler.

Our stay here was perfect. Very clean and affordable hotel, very nice staff and location.

Checking in was very easy and quick. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. The two double beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The shower was amazing with its instant hot water and great water pressure. We highly recommended this place for an excellent experience and a good price.

Checked in and went to room and they were still cleaning room and had to wait about 15 minutes...they advertised bar and grill but no bar was open yet..dinner was not very good...

Super clean, GM is outgoing and accommodating; top notch! Elevator had an unpleasant odor. Everything we saw appears somewhat dated, but immaculately clean and comfortable. We were not thrilled to learn that the bar is not open "waiting licensing", despite enticing bar photos on the web.

Way over priced for a rundown room and no breakfast. We booked this because it had a pool only to be kicked out of it 15 minutes after we got in. They closed it at 9:00pm. I have never had a pool close so early. The girls at the front desk were very nice they were the only part of this stay that were not disappointing.

Was a decent place and allowed us to bring our 4 legged family with us. will stay here again.

I sometimes rent a room when I come to Elmira to spend time with my grandkids...they love the pool...the bad part was the wifi didn't work in our room...but at least the kids weren't on the screen...I think the rooms could be cleaner

The rooms and property were not the same as the pictures on hotels.com. Our room cards didn’t work properly and the stay was not what I expected from the pictures and the hotel rating

Nice place, well kept. Wish we knew the bar wasn’t open during our stay.
