There is a bed bug infestation in Room 323. On June 14, 2025, during our one-night stay, I observed a bed bug crawling toward the headboard where my daughter slept. Given the presence of one bug, it is likely that there are more. April, the front desk supervisor, was understanding and provided accommodations within the available options per the hotel's policy. However, the policy does not provide sufficient compensation for the inconvenience and unexpected costs incurred due to the necessary precautions taken to prevent the bugs from entering our home. Hotels are expected to provide a relaxing experience with minimal effort. Unfortunately, the queen beds were uncomfortable and stiff, and the shower did not drain properly. We only stayed one night, and due to the bed bugs, I will not return to this hotel. The presence of bed bugs in other rooms is likely, and eradication can be challenging. While I understand that hotels can only prevent infestations to a certain extent due to high traffic, regular pest control measures should be implemented as a standard practice to ensure high-quality maintenance.
