the pictures are false, I picked this location not knowing, I was going to get dress for my wedding the following morning. I checked in and five minutes later checked backed out I stayed long enough to take pictures to prove to my fiance that this hotel was a set for a tubi horror picture.

I was receiving treatments at a nearby hospital, I need something affordable. Please keep in mind the rate that you are paying being close to NYC. Overall we felt safe(we stayed to ourselves) the staff was friendly when we asked for things. Overall things were fine.

This is very bad experience I have ever had the room on clean they said they give breakfast but is a lies they don’t the Beth is bad and many more never again to go there

Interior did not look like pictures on the listing. Carpets dirty, stained, worn and patch jobs throughout. What should be emergency exit had no lock and anyone off the street could walk into the building. This exit was at the back of the building so staff would not know if anyone unauthorized walked in. Morning surprise roach on the bathroom counter. Then we found bunches of black tiny ants throughout the room and in food containers. We had to throw away food. We left as soon as possible in the morning, we were afraid our bags would have bugs in them. My daughter (12) said that our trip was cursed because of her experience at this hotel. She expected the accommodations better from the pictures she saw on Expedia. This hotel really bummed her out. Luckily it was only 1 night.

Bugs in my tub , dirty stained furniture, someone tried to enter my room on the 1st night , I left after that and did not stay. I want a refund to my card or I am calling the attorney general. I have enough photos for the hospitality inspector and health department

Property is okay

We recently stayed at Armoni Inn & Suites and had a pleasant experience overall. It’s a standard 3-star property, and it met my expectations for the price. The area felt very safe, both on the property and in the surrounding neighborhood, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The front desk staff were lovely—friendly and welcoming, which really set a positive tone from the start. I appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and single-serve Keurig with coffee pods. While the property could benefit from some updates, the rooms were clean and maintained. I didn’t encounter any bugs despite seeing past reviews mention them.

This property needs maintenance and deep cleaning - the toilet in our first room was constantly running and the room was not clean so we transferred to another room which was a bit cleaner but we could still hear the other rooms running toilet(s). Even the curtains in our rooms and in the common areas were dirty.the pool was clean however and the staff were helpful

Bathroom had mold and roach My husband noticed and had me take our toothbrush out the bathroom. One of my towels had a big hole in it Staff was decent It just smelled funny, including the water when we showered. My husband was not happy. We just made the best of it. Wasn’t staying long.

Dirty carpet

Asked for a room near elevator, we were assigned the room furthest. Agent was not friendly. Especially we are seniors. No locks to get into hotel, any random people can come in . Smell of pot in hallway. Pot holes galore, no lights in parking lot and only a 1 shampoo and soap and dirty. A/c made so many ch noise too. Just horrible sorry to say.

No maintenance or management. The toilet seat fell off the shower curtain rod wouldn't hol the curtain up the TV didn't work. Some things were repaired after first nite no maid service or towel s were changed or sheets changed would never return

The hallways were dingy, and dimly lit. The room was just as bad. There was a musty/moldy smell in the room, paint was cracked/peeling/bubbling up on walls & ceilings. Curtains were partially broken. Bathroom was dingy, toilet seat was half broken. Door had a broken extra lock thingy, there was toilet paper shoved in the peephole. You could hear everything, and people aboove us were fighting loudly.. do not recommend this hotel.

Like that, it was away from the city didn’t like that. They were only clean the room every other day.

Three hours after I checked in I had to check out because there were mice running around the room. I had my six month old with me and these were just not conditions that I could be OK with.

There is no coffee maker , stains all over the carpet , there were 2 women whom seemed to be street walkers, room was musty … the pictures mst have been taken when the place first opened ,

Bugs on the floor, floor mattress is unclean, asked for the room service, didn't get any. Indian girl working the front desk is a cheat and a liar, i asked her if the room was cleaned, she checked the registry book and said it was done, even though it wasn't. They lie, cheat and rob innocent foreigners working in their small cubicles back home, doesn't mean they get to do the same here.

Terrible!! Do not spend money to stay at this hotel. Rooms are not very clean..carpet have stains. Use your money sonewhere clean hotel.
