What I really didn’t like was the lighting. It was a cool blue color. Not a warm natural feel to it at all. There was a party in a room down the hall too that started at 1:00am and went to 3:00am. Noisy.

The room was clean not enough towels

Overall ok and clean, but bathroom had lots of long black strands of hair all over the floor

Booked a queen bed. 1st assigned room not a queen. Moved to a room with king bed. Again, a full-sized bed. TV reception was terrible!

It was cute and clean but very small rooms

Friendly staff. Well cared for property.

Check in was easy. We were staying for a funeral and it was convenient to the funeral home.

A smallish but very nice room. I actually like the smaller size of the room. Very accommodating staff too.

Stay was good. I would recommend moving the shower grab bar. It’s definitely in the way when showering. I kept hitting my arm on it. The hotel was busier than last time I stayed and my neighbors were up later playing video games loudly next door. They finally shut it down. Other than that it was a good stay. Nothing bad from the hotel’s standpoint. It’s in a nice location and great staff

The staff is always accommodating. The rooms are always clean. Plus the convenience of shopping and dining option are the best.

The room was simple but fine. The housekeeping was terrible: you had to ask for clean towels and they Never emptied the trash until we left a bag outside the room I also found it disturbing that there was no night clerk at the front desk on most nights, anyone could just walk in to the hotel. On the plus side it was near the highway to the airport and near major roads and varios stores

Safe and quiet

Ben was amazing at the front desk. The bartender was super! The cleaning staff was friendly and did a great job!

Clean and comfy rooms, lovely staff. Location perfect for the purpose of my trip but not if you are planning to visit Chicago centre as limited transport options.
