Very clean, great location but sterile. Did not like the setup of the hallways and beds were uncomfortable

We stayed because we visited Sesame Place. POOL wasnt open my kids very dissapointed... and when we call they gave us mixed information, some say it was opening soon, other staff that it wasnt opening, we basicallt chose this location because it had a pool if we knew it was going to be closed we would choose a fifferent location

Hotel seems new. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of plug ins. Breakfast was okay. Very long walk to our room so request low 100s or 209s. Pool has accommodations for disabled people.

Room was good. Comfy bed.

Overall, it was comparable to Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was mostly cold items like cereal, bagels, and yogurt.

We had booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. On the second night, there was a power outage due to a storm. There were no emergency generators at the facility. The hotel was dark, very dark. No emergency lights. There was no ventilation in the room as our windows did not open. It was scary and we felt unsafe. There was no communication by the staff. Guests were uncomfortable. After we toughed out that difficult first night of the power outage, in the light of day we were able to get down stairs to talk with staff. They could not put us up anywhere else, there would not be a generator available at all. We were told to check out, which we gladly did, even though we had no where to stay and were traveling with children. I expected more from the Hilton name for sure. I realize that Spark by Hilton is just that. A spark, no go.

I like that this hotel is very clean and close to the Parx casino.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. Clean and friendly staff. From check in to check out i have not one complaint. Breakfast was good with a good variety of options. The inside pool was great for my granddaughter. Will definately stay here or at another Spark.

It was an amazing stay my husband and I really enjoy myself it was a nice room clean the and the people that work there the front desk and even the ladies that assist with the cleaning and really nice people

This hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping team was so nice and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. A overall Wonderful stay.
