The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The big issue was no AC and the room was 77° to sleep which was HOT! If you need AC like us then maybe don’t stay in summer. Overall a great place to stay an very walkable to main attractions.

We had great time staying at this hotel. Hotel staff are very accommodating & hospitable. Our room was nice and clean, breakfast was awesome, so many choices to choose from. The lobby hotel is so cozy.

Tremendous value and out kicks its coverage! Great location, world-class breakfast and impeccable rooms and amenities. The gym has excellent equipment - although my 7 foot tall friend could not do overhead lifts because of the 8 foot ceiling. On balance - one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at - and a great value, too!

Best breakfast ever! convenient location for walking downtown and Aker Brygge

Really good location right near the waterfront and maybe an 8 minute walk from the National Theatre Karl Johan exit on the metro. You can take the express metro from the airport and be there in 20 minutes for a fraction of the cost and time of a taxi. We had a superior room, which was really spacious. King bed, sitting area with couch and armchair, large tv, fridge, coffee/tea setup, large closet space. The only strange thing was the bathroom, which was really small for a room this size, and strange placement of the toilet. It is a wet bathroom, so the shower drain is basically the same level as the rest of the bathroom floor. The hotel is undergoing major renovations. When we got to our initial room, which faced outside, and not the inner atrium, there was a man standing on a scaffold right in front of me. The staff quickly changed our room, but the hotel should make it known that there are renovations going on weekdays beginning very early in the morning. The breakfast was great, major variety, including eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, paté, various breads, herring, pastries, fresh fruit, different types of yogurt, energy shots, a variety of smoothies, etc. Nice way to start the day.

Great location

Fantastic location minutes away from waterfront and Aker Brygge area with lots of options for public transport, dining and local supermarkets. Rooms compact but very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Hotel undergoing some works which detracts from entrance area and does make some dust and mess but not noisy and suppose can’t be helped . Staff lovely

This place was impossible to find. Come to find out they're working on the front. No signs, no address markings. No one had heard of the place. I was astonished to find no USB, no mini USB and no 110v outlet for charging computers. A real PIA. I would not come back for that reason. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!!

Really quiet room in a brilliant location. Breakfast was great, so many options. All the staff were polite, would strongly recommend this as a base for exploring Oslo.

We arrived to the hotel 11am and the staff booked us in to the room early. The location was perfect, short walk from the ferry’s, next to a bus stop. Some nice restaurants close by. Ok not in the centre of the city. Clean hotel, well stocked breakfast. Nothing bad to report

Great location, short walk to the station that links the airport train and can easily walk into the city centre so no need to take further transport. Room was clean and had everything it needed for a short stay. Breakfast was great and plentiful, exceeded expectation even with a hospitality strike in Norway. What made the stay wonderful was the staff, interacted with may different staff members and all was so friendly and helpful- credit to the staff, keep doing what you doing, keep up the great work and smiles.

Room wars excellent,very clean. Bath was outstanding amazing shower. TV programming was weak with limited English language news.

Great location for the harbour area. Efficient and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast.
