This place was impossible to find. Come to find out they're working on the front. No signs, no address markings. No one had heard of the place. I was astonished to find no USB, no mini USB and no 110v outlet for charging computers. A real PIA. I would not come back for that reason. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!!

Really quiet room in a brilliant location. Breakfast was great, so many options. All the staff were polite, would strongly recommend this as a base for exploring Oslo.

We arrived to the hotel 11am and the staff booked us in to the room early. The location was perfect, short walk from the ferry’s, next to a bus stop. Some nice restaurants close by. Ok not in the centre of the city. Clean hotel, well stocked breakfast. Nothing bad to report

Great location, short walk to the station that links the airport train and can easily walk into the city centre so no need to take further transport. Room was clean and had everything it needed for a short stay. Breakfast was great and plentiful, exceeded expectation even with a hospitality strike in Norway. What made the stay wonderful was the staff, interacted with may different staff members and all was so friendly and helpful- credit to the staff, keep doing what you doing, keep up the great work and smiles.

Room wars excellent,very clean. Bath was outstanding amazing shower. TV programming was weak with limited English language news.

Breakfast very good. Room good value for Oslo. Hotel building is still under construction/redevelopment and clad in scaffolding and plastic sheeting, meaning that there was no view from the bedroom.

Low standards and noisy

The check in was very fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff helped with both hotel info as well as sirrounding areas of interest and tourist information.

Great location, easy access to waterfront

The room was on the tiny size, asked at reception to upgrade which we did for $30 much better, breakfast was really nice with lots of options and friendly staff, we also took up the offer of leaving our bags in storage and collecting them when we were catching our Cruise

Central location is perfect. Walk to the harbour. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. They are currently renovating the lobby so there was a bit of construction noise, but the final product will be amazing. I plan to return to see it!

The breakfast was definitely the highlight — absolutely excellent. Adding a small refrigerator with bottled water, a coffee maker with coffee and tea, and perhaps an icebucket in the room would really enhance the overall comfort. The room, while cozy, felt quite small for three people and would be more suitable for two. Closet space was also limited, really only accommodating one person's belongings. Although renovations were underway, they didn’t disrupt the guests. However, there was a noticeable and strong scent of lumber in the reception area.
