Good stay! Room had a weird smell to it, but convenient location. Pool was closed for renovations while we were there which was not mentioned prior.

A little dirty behind the toilet it looked like someone had gotten a haircut. After the 1st night no one cleaned the room. It was the 2nd day that someone came in and cleaned but forgot to do the bathroom. I booked it because of the pool but it was not available.

The staff was friendly. The ac in the room worked just fine. However in the rest of the hotel, it was a sauna. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. The food was decent. It was hard to eat though because the room temp was so hot. I am not sure if its like that all the time or if we just got them on a bad note. It should have been mentioned when we checked in. Not at all what you would expect from a Hilton chain.

There was no one at the check in for ten minutes. The entire staff was grump and acted like they didn’t want to be there. When we checked out, no one answered the front desk (shocker), and no one was at the front when we left. Crap

It was old and musty the hallways did not have air conditioning the front desk charged me a different rate than what was quoted extra fees on top of everything else the pool was Not Existent and closed we were really looking forward to swimming and that was Big disappointment for us. The front desk service was very rude This hotel was next to a condemned hotel which was scary. I would Not recommend this hotel to stay at

We stayed here for a soccer tournament so didn’t have a say in which hotel was chosen. It was mid June and the pool was under construction. Inside the hotel was dirty and run down though the actual rooms were fine. The restaurant food was terrible and the service was poor. On the day we checked in someone tried to get into my elderly mom’s room with a thin wire under her door. I went to the front desk to report it and turns out it was the hotel staff. They never actually checked my mom in even though they took her credit card and ID and issued her keys. So they were trying to get into her room because they rented it to someone else. Then they acted like we had done something wrong which made no sense. They never said anything about a $50 per day temporary charge and again acted like i was the idiot when I questioned why my credit card charge was so high. Terrible service, staff, experience. Many other families in the group had issues with this hotel.

It was a nice stay. Pros include location to airport, clean and reasonably priced. Cons include unstocked fitness room no towels, super hot/humid and trash all around. There was also no hand soap in my room and barely enough towels and toilet paper although the other amenities were well stocked including body wash. I wasn’t able to check in via the app which just slows things down. Overall nice stay, worth the money.
