Ran out of king beds and did not lower price.

Booked a king bed with deluxe room, when i checked in they gave us a queen in a smaller room. I called and they said they ran out of rooms with kings. Didnt do anything about it. Air-conditioning made loud banging noises after being shut off. Still didnt do anything about it. Might not stay here anymore.

Had a good stay

Location is good for many things, but limited things to do by foot without walking some distance from the hotel. It is kind of an island in a big city downtown. But it does have a good place to eat inside, and Starbucks also attached to the hotel. No pool anymore. Parking is expensive but seems fairly safe. It is possible to walk to Federal Hill from the hotel, but you have to cross 3 busy multi-lane streets and see some seedy folks - a group of younger people would have no problems.

First, they charged $35 for parking that I didn’t know about! Second our first room Was disgusting. Shoe prints on beds and someone left over Dunkin cups on floor spilled everywhere- water damage on ceiling. Second room wasn’t as bad. But definitely has mold because I’m highly allergic and I left there with a full blown reaction and had to see my ENT immediately. For the price of the rooms and outrageous parking fees, I expected way more!! They didn’t even offer free breakfast!

I reserved a King Bed and they changed it to two “queen” beds. Both beds seemed more like full size. I showed my invoice saying King Bed but they said they didn’t get that from Hotels.com. They also said they were booked and couldn’t do anything. A few members of my group had a similar experience. Our office travels often like this and probably wont use this hotel again.

Nice one night stay.

Parking lot spots were very tight inside the hotels. Room was on the dated side. No fridge in the room I was staying in. Very noisy at night inside and outside the hotel. Outside noise was police sirens all night. Inside noise was hotel guests running around in the hotel talking loudly after hours when returning back to their rooms.

Couldn’t sleep due to some people slamming doors and yelling at around 1 o’clock in the morning

Everything was good! Friendly staff the bartender was very friendly and made good drinks. Front desk staff was also rodent and helpful

Was visiting family and friends. Needed a hotel last minute!! I was very convenient!

Room was clean! Paid for parking across the street because it said the hotel lot was full. Went inside to check in and they said it’s not full they just took the tickets out and we need to use a room key to get in. We already paid for the parking across the street at this point which was pricey.

I will never stay here again. AC was broken. Online I reserved a single queen bed, they gave me two queen beds. When I questioned it, the front desk was extremely rude and said “what’s the problem” with an attitude while it looked like she was training somebody else. This is unacceptable especially when I was nothing but nice to the front desk. Had to stay in a hot room without any AC because they didn’t have another room for me. I work hard for my money and I will not be spending it at this place EVER again. One thing good was the girl that checked me out was very pleasant.
