Our trip was good. The room over all was great except a few areas that needed a little TLC. I am sure the items were just because of wear and tear.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was close to the airport-I had a late arrival flight and needed the room for sleep only. The price was very reasonable. My only complaints: 1) the staff member at check-in needs some public relations training, I felt not even basic human decency interactions and an inconvenience to her time 2) the rooms coffee maker had only decaf available 3) the lobby had inly a pay by credit card coffee machine-that is the ultimate cut back in service in my opinion.

Large pool

The Queen suite by the Waterslides was a very nice room. Very clean and quiet. You also get waterpark bracelets . I would highly recommend for a child’s birthday party.

This hotel is dated. They obviously don't do upkeep in the rooms. There was rust in the towel rod which was concerning. The beds were small. The pool area was nice but no outside food or drink was allowed even when their bar was closed. With a little TLC or would be better. Our room also did not lock, they did fix it but then we needed new keys and had to wait 1.5 hours to get back in our room.

I booked this room to spend time with my son and swim. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of chlorine everywhere, it irritated my eyes and I didn't swim. Then another kid went number 2 in the pool in which they only closed the pool down for 2 hours! The pool felt grimy around it like it's not being clean. It was misleading on the website when they said breakfast available but you have to purchase it. We booked a suite and the couch smelled funny. It smelled like an old musty apartment. 500 dollars for 2 nights was not worth it!

The room was okay and spacious. I brought my kids there for my daughters birthday. We drove 2 hours and i paid almost 200$ for the night. I went down to the bar in hotel and the bartender THREATENED me. She was obviously intoxicated. She asked me if i wanted to go outside and said she would fold me. I was scared to walk back to my room alone cause i wasnt sure if she was going to follow me out. I have never felt more unsafe in a place. Unacceptable for an employee to threaten to assault a paying customer. I had 2 small children with me and stayed up most the night because i didnt feel safe in our room anymore.

Beds were very comfty. For the amount of the nightly cost the bathrooms are extremly ran down, toilets dont flush half the time, our counter and sink were busted (literally cracked) room 137. Had to call maintenance the min we walked in because light bulbs were flashing. Waterpark was ok, hot tub was amazing. I would stay again just not for the price.

The hotel showed its age.

Perfect for a weekend with the kids nice pool area for all ages. Like that the tiki bar was open on the weekend. It’s not open during the week. The food is a little pricey. Good price would stay again.

Love the room they booked us in!

We enjoyed our stay here. All though a bit noisy until 10 PM, we understand it's an indoor waterpark, which our kids really enjoyed, so we were fine with it.

The picture of the slide is the water park, there are a million kids running unsupervised knocking over babies. It is very old and unkept

It was horrible, servi cc e was horribl e staff was rude and after being told i can check in that it wasnt too early i was told to wait that i couldnt chexk in til noon. At 12:45 pm i was told my room wasnt ready and that i cpuldnt check in til 4pmi i dosed off on the couch in the lounge tired from an alreasy long ass day i woke up tio a worker telling me my reservation was cancelled and they wanted me to leave. I was very upset and i told them i needed to tty to make kther accommodations then ill be on my way . The worker said i had 10 minutes then before 10 minutes was up i had police officers walking up to ne and telling me i had to leave the property and i couldnt return. It was a very humiliating situation. I did absolutely nothing to deserve Being treated the way i was treated and with no explanations of why

This was my second time in this place, the first time was good that’s why I went back but this second time was bad because the air conditioning wasn’t working well and was making loud noises and couldn’t let us sleep, then my daughter and I had a lot of bed bugs bites. Overall I think the place this more maintenance and cleaning.
