We visited Gatlinburg for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel. It was perfect for us because it was away from all the business Gatlinburg has to offer. The room was comfy and big. We had 6ppl in our trip and we were very comfortable in the room we were in. The staff were friendly. Everything was clean and they had a decent selection for breakfast. They always had hot chocolate/tea and fruit infused water in the lobby for guests. Oh, they also have an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi near a fire pit. Very lovely!

This is located near to the downtown with in walking distance.

Modern and up to date hotel. Check in went smoothly. Staff helpful. Clean. Adequate parking. Near attractions but far enough removed so that it is quiet and peaceful.

Our room was huge and the location was within walking distance to the parkway.

The hotel was conveniently located but if you plan to walk to town be prepared to walk back up a hill at the end of your day. Disappointed in breakfast there but there is a restaurant almost across the street that was nice.

Quiet and off the busy main street.

Room was fine but my biggest complaint is there were no drawers or anywhere to put luggage, not even a luggage rack. Breakfast was okay but nothing great. Rooms were clean. Doors throughout the hotel were hard to open. Location was nice as it was away from the strip but the area needs more restaurants near it so you don’t have to venture down to the chaos of the parkway
