The proximity to the airport and shuttle service is great! The dining room had only one staff working. The bartender had to take orders for drinks, orders for food and serve table. Given the circumstance, he provided the best service possible. The wall are not soundproof! My room #314. Guest in the adjoining room kept their TV on high volume ALL NIGHT! Needless to say...It totally disrupted my peace, quiet, and Sleep😱

We’ve waited for the airport shuttle to come for 45 minutes! Called 4 times to ask why it takes them this long and their response was they are coming. What a disaster of a service! It’s better to not just offer it! While waiting for the shuttle the Holiday Inn shuttle came by 3 times. The hallway and the room had a mildew smell. In the room it was obvious that there was a water damage on the ceiling and then it was covered by adding wall color on top of it. This just caused my mold sensitivities to flare up. There were some yellow stains on the carpet through out the whole room. Do not recommend. I am shocked how this place runs under Hilton.

Our recent stay at this DoubleTree by Hilton was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the brand’s usual standards. Upon check-in, we experienced an unacceptable 45-minute wait—by the time we finally got our room, both of our young kids had fallen asleep on the lobby couch at 11 PM. When we finally got our keys, we were assigned the farthest room possible despite having four pieces of luggage and two car seats. No assistance was offered, making the long trek to the room exhausting, especially after a frustrating check-in process. The room itself was a major letdown—it had a strong moldy smell that made it feel unclean and uncomfortable. Given the Hilton brand’s reputation, we expected a much better experience, but this stay fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in customer service, room maintenance, and overall hospitality.

What I didn’t like was that the shower temperature didn’t work, which made it difficult to enjoy the visit. Told management about issue, they said they could not reduce my price.

The lobby had some type of fashion party and the music was so load it was difficult to check in. Had to walk to the front desk 3 times because the keys wouldn’t work.

There isn't really a whole lot to mention. It was an average stay at an average hotel. My only note is that the Airport Shuttle services several hotels in the area. It comes by every half hour (even though the site says they're minutes from the airport).

The worker who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. My biggest issue was the room smelled like smoke. It was also very musty. I also could not get the hot water to work as well. The best I could get was lukewarm. I are at the bar restaurant for dinner, which was overall pretty good. I personally will choose to stay at a different hotel next time I fly into Dallas, which is on a monthly basis.

The staff was very nice! Front desk Randy, Jonathan, & Lena were very welcoming and held great conversation. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure of that. They also made sure to supply us with water and cookies any time we asked. My family appreciates you ALL and we will definitely be back.
