It was convenient from where we were coming from and going to. The dining options were located within 15 or less minutes away.

I would stay here again. Check in/out was smooth, the facility is updated, and smelled clean when you walked throughout.

Staff was lovely, comfortable bed but rooms, especially shower were not very clean and there were roaches by the mini fridge

Staff was nice. Super thin walls, so very loud. There was a weird splatter mark of dark brown spots on the ceiling, seemed like it was blood. Pool was dirty and they tried to “shock” it with chemicals but it was still looking unclean.

Easy to get to restaurants but very noisy! Right off of highway, the a/c made crazy noises, the mini refrig made a banging noise all the time. If you walked your dog in the designated area…. Huge holes everywhere and at night there was no light on area

Would not give a waver when we had a flat tire at 1030 at night. We called hotel and they said call hotel.com. did that. No one would answer phone. Called hotel manager. Never called back.

Exactly what I was looking for

I stayed 7/18-7/20/25. On the night of the 19th, I noticed some cookies at the front desk, I took one and it was so hard, it broke a tooth and my filling fell out. The next morning on check out date, I removed a towel from the towel hook in the bathroom and the hook was loose and fell off the wall onto the top of my bare foot. I'm still debating to have it x-rayed, because it still hurts! My stay was terrible!

The stay was fine and convenient to Monticello. The pool was quite nice. Overall as fine hotel experience.

The area is moderately busy, shopping centers with dining and convenience all along the highway. Plentiful parking and easy visibility all around the hotel. The room is very very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Room has good size bathroom and large comfortable bed. I'm very happy with the room and amenities.

I got bed bug bites!!

I like the parking, I didn't like the staff, the receptionist wasn't cooperative enough. The bar attendant in the morning was mean and not friendly. The door fob didn't work, I have to recharge it and it barely worked.

Noisy but clean. Shower floor floods and door doesn’t close.

My husband and I enjoy staying here. The check in guy was extremely nice and helpful. My only con was there was not better access to snacks/drinks before 5pm and after 10pm

Lovely place. Very comfortable and let my sweet cockatiel stay for free!
