We have always stayed in Crowne plaza in Foster city with good experiences however this stay was not very good. This visit we stayed on the 3rd floor. Our carpet did not look clean it smelled musty the room was very stuffy since windows don’t open even for a little to air out rooms! The room was very noisy with some type of loud sound from air conditioning. Windows should be mandatory to have a bit of air flowing thru & carpets need to be steam cleaned. Our room next to ice machine was very noisy with foot traffic. We needed to check out earlier then normal due to smell causing headaches.

Nice hotel.

1. There were ambulances and fire trucks there for some reason. 2. We had to park really far away from the building that our room was in. 3.We witnessed some random domestic dispute in the parking lot. 4. Someone was cooking something really smelly in our hallway. 5. There was some alarm going off by the elevator, that’s still going off.

All the workers are great.The place are safe and Quiet.

Nice location, easy access walking to Panera other stores need to have a car. The room is nice except taking a shower late morning it rains out of hot water. Beside that nice hitel

The air conditioner in the room do not work. I was unable to get the temperature under 74°. Very uncomfortable evening.

Courteous, welcoming, professional staff person at check-in. Room very spacious, clean, pleasing ambiance. All staff people encountered, professional and courteous.
