Staff friendly, clean room, under Reno during our stay.

The front desk person who worked that night was still sweet professional and very kind even at 1am when I checked in “Anitra” sorry if I spelled wrong. She was very helpful and gave me good information! I appreciate her smile and positive attitude! Thank you and rooms and hotel super clean and comfortable

Nice hotel for traveling with a pet. The staff are really great and go above and beyond. I enjoyed breakfast each morning with the waitress Susan. Other staff always greeted me and were helpful when I asked for things. The one flaw was the wifi network on the sixth floor went in and out or wouldn’t work on my phone when it was working on my computer. But they did attempt to fix it when I asked.
