Checkin was quick and room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Easy to get on I-10 and restaurants and stores nearby.

We weren't informed that housekeeping needed to be requested in advance, so on our second night, we made the request—twice—only to return to an uncleaned room after a long day. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told to “check out and find other accommodations if we weren't satisfied.” We later returned to the room to find a cockroach beside the bed. Really disappointing overall. The quality and service have clearly declined, but the prices sure haven’t. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The bathroom was dirty with roaches on the towel it was disgusting.

It rained and the ceiling crumbled and fell into my room. They told me they’d give me a refund and gave me a different room. I contacted them and there has been no communication nor refund.

Pool was not clean

It was just ok. We wouldn’t stay there again in the future.

No free breakfast is always bad. Also there were bugs and a dirty/plugged tub.

Elevator wasn’t working but no biggie, stayed on the second floor. Enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the breakfast, staff was very friendly at breakfast, check in and checkout. Loved how there was a lot of stores close by! Room was neat and tidy.

The check in clerk was so kind and happy to check us in. I didnt get his name but he had hand/arm tattoos. He was so welcoming and knew a lot about the area. The rooms were clean and had the AC on when we arrived which was very appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to all my family traveling through El Paso. We make this trip once a month so we will be staying again.

The hotel grounds felt really compact and at times a bit confusing to get around at first. There were two fridges in the suite but were not fully functional, only the freezer worked. The two ac units in the suite felt like swamp coolers often times leaving the suite humid. The pool was decent sized but felt to dirty. As if not properly filtered. As appearances go the lobby was nice and clean as well as the adjacent bar and restaurant. Did not have a chance to try the menu though.

The hotel condition is not good, needs renovation. Cleanliness was not great, i found some bugs in my room. The room was not made for 3 days in a row, because the hotel was full and they didnt have enough staff.
