Excellent time for my wife’s birthday, shame they didn’t offer us complimentary drinks

This is the BEST hotel that we have ever stayed in! The service from every single staff member was exceptional! They were all so helpful and personable and no request or question was unanswered.We will definitely be back! This is our new hotel to stay in San Francisco!

This hotel is incredible. The service is above and beyond, even for a Four Seasons. The views from the rooms are beautiful, and I adore the restaurant. An excellent place to stay for a business or pleasure trip.

Beautiful property, and due to it being in the financial district, the area was pretty much like an abandoned town after working hours. We do love the view from our high-floor, spacious conner room. The sunset was breathtaking. Staff were courteous and friendly.
