Was there for a couples weekend. We had a wonderful stay. Bobby at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. It was nice to be greeted by such a friendly person.

Had to call the front desk after 2am about a fight next door that kept us the rest of the night. Police were finally called

Pros: * The hotel is conveniently located near public free parking for New Year’s fireworks. * The Roundabout Restaurant is directly connected to the hotel. • A good size suite with two full beds and a TV; a living room with adjustable temperatures, a sofa, an TV and a kitchen. * The lobby offers complimentary coffee. Cons: * The indoor pool is in an awkward location; reaching it from the suites requires passing by the reception area, navigating through other spaces, and finally arriving at a small, easily missed room. * The in-door pool is outdated, poorly maintained, unheated, and the rinse water is cold water only. * Fitness room next to the indoor pool and fitness equipments are mostly broken. * The key card deactivates at 9:30AM instead of the 11AM checkout time, requiring a trip to the reception desk to reactivate. * Shampoo and conditioner bottles are as small as a pinky finger, providing enough for only one person despite the suit could fit 3 people.

It is nice but when checking in the guy was not knowledgeable

Mostly good, but if you want a warm shower don’t even attempt a shower in the morning. Also, it took three days for housekeeping to come despite having my sign up. Everything else was amazing though.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The Christmas decorations in the lobby are beautiful.

The woman at the front desk was delightful, proficient, and courteous. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large, and the bathroom was very clean. However, the room needs some serious TLC.

When checking in the man toll my card instead of me doing it with the machine on the counter then when going to the room it smelled bad once in room the curtains were ripped and it was dark in room in the morning the bathroom smelled like Pot and the front desk man was not nice about it

No hot water in the room, but room change arranged quickly so no problem

The closet door was missing. The hinge was there but the door was not as though it was broken.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Portsmouth, NH, and encountered a significant issue during my visit. Unfortunately, I experienced two separate instances where the doors to my hotel rooms were not functioning properly. After discovering that the second room's door was also broken, I felt concerned for my safety and made the difficult decision to leave the facility rather than stay overnight. I would like to commend the evening front desk staff member for her exceptional kindness and professionalism throughout this experience. She was understanding and accommodating, which helped to alleviate some of the stress caused by the situation. While I appreciate the staff's efforts, the security concerns regarding the broken doors are something that the management should address to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.

I paid through hotels.com an extra 20$ for breakfast ti be included in my stay. When I checked in, the guys told me because I booked through hotels. Com, I couldn’t get the breakfast package. I didn’t argue cuz I was with a friend. Now….wheres my 20$?

Had an awesome birthday weekend!! Bed was very comfortable and thanks for the refrigerator and extra sink.
