Control of other guest was terrible. Trenage kids ruuniing up and down floor. Screaming.

A nice stay. Uber and Lyft are really scary.

The business center computers are both broken. The employees are truly unenthusiastic. I was left on hold when calling down to the front desk for 5 min. Called back they answered right away. I tried to check in an hour early- they said nothing was available yet, then I watched them check in multiple people. Truly can not believe I spent almost $200 for one night there.

Came to visit my daughter. This hotel is a bit old and needs some updating but it’s clean and the staff are excellent.

Parking lot is very narrow. Be very careful when you are inside.

The hotel is neat and personnel is very nice. The breakfast was a good deal for us. The reason for four was that the towel replacement is done almost at 4pm and one of the elevator was out of service. The shuttle from/to airport was great too.

Average at the best. We had to wait several minutes for a room even though we arrived past the check in time. The staff member was helpful in getting a room. But we did wait. The room was showing its age. Needs an update. Daily cleaning was mostly spot on. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2. Shuttle was quick and efficient. Area around hotel was not very sketchy. Has few restaurants down the road. Easy access to DC. Parking fees is crazy for someone from another state. Maybe it’s the norm here.

Old toilet seats with stains on them. King size room was not as spacious as other IHG properties.

The parking was too expensive and abusive $68 per day

Fabulous location close to all atractions. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and affordable. Walking distance to several small restaurants and shops. I will definitely come back.

Excellent staff and nice clean room especially for price range.

I like it

The room was clean and the bed and bedding were so comfortable. There was a McDonalds next door which made it easy and quick to grab breakfast. The airport shuttle ran every half hour.

Not clean and smelly rooms

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Restaurant was good and not over priced. Staff was very friendly.

Parking is difficult. There is a garage, but it’s not very large. AC was leaking on the carpet and we couldn’t get a consistent temperature all night. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. There were hairs on the walls of the shower. The bath wash was empty. Apparently the housekeeping staff does not monitor the bottles.

Coming from out of town this was just a great hotel

restaurant and bar area were very nice and staff was polite just needed to be open at earlier hours
