Smoking weed and cigarettes, dirty hallways and stairs, very old facilities, so disappointed that we left early

Our stay here was horrendous. We were given a room that did not have a functioning toilet. There was no remote control for the television either. When I called the desk to ask about having the toilet repaired, I was told because it was the weekend there was no one available to do it. We were not offered another room. Our stay was supposed to be for three nights, but we left after two. The property itself is rundown and does not feel clean. There is obviously a huge criminal element in the area. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman screaming at us about fat particles in the air as she lifted her shirt to show us her stomach. When I was packing the car to leave, I noticed there was a rock stuck in the entrance doorway. It is a door that is for guests only as you need to use a key to enter. A young woman and young man walked past me, and realizing the rock was not in the door, continued to circle the property to find another open door. We would never stay here again, and I would tell anybody that I know to not book a stay with this particular hotel. I’ve reached out to Wyndham resorts as well to file a complaint. I only did that because I was supposed to receive a phone call from the general manager of the hotel itself, but I was never contacted. AVOID this place.

All good except for cockroaches

I’ll come back. The front staff was amazing during check-in. The food at the restaurant was top notch restaurant quality.

Check in was smooth the stay was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Checked in and Checked out. The room was 81 degrees. Air wasn’t working. Told me it’ll cool off. No thanks.

Not so good!! Hard beds!! And they stop giving continental breakfast !! Not very clean!!!!

The cleanliness was too be desired . Had to ask 3 time to unlock swimming pool. No breakfast although it's advertised. Front desk didn't even have a band aid .

When we entered the room, the lock and battery pack was hanging out of the door. The toilet didn't flush and after they fixed it, the toilet ran for the entire stay driving mu husband crazy. The walls were dirty and stained. The iron was missing. The towels and toiletries were scarce. The bathroom looked like it was half refinished. The bathroom door didn't close. The tv was small and announced loading every time the channel would change. The beds were hard, and every time you sat on them the metal bed base sounded like a drum. There was no box spring and just a metal wire platform. The mattress was thin and blankets were scratchy and old. It looks like they are trying to renovate it but they haven't gotten to this room yet. If they did renovate this room, they need to redo it again. We left with achy bodies, exhausted, and won't be back.

When I first arrived in my room I noticed a huge hole in the wall I took pictures and showered the front desk so i wouldn’t be responsible. Also took pictures of a disgusting dirty chair, and a broken knob on a dresser. For outside of the hotel at 12:10 AM, I was woken up by a lady screaming bloody murder at maybe her boyfriend calling him the N-word which lasted for about 10 minutes. I never heard him just her. Finally fell back asleep to workers working in the hallway right outside my room replacing the carpet from 8 AM to the time I left all I heard was grinding from a grinder, removing the glue from the carpet. They should have never but anyone in those rooms with work being done specially, when she asked me where I want to stay in front or back of the hotel. I chose back because I thought it would be more quiet and less road noise boy was I mistaken. I have pictures and videos of the workers. My stay was not relaxing and feel I should be granted a credit for a future stay

Expensive. If u travel with service animal. You will get a gross room. Did see rooms in front. They were cleaner looking. Slider door didn’t work right. Struggle to close or open. If it was summer and I was a student with friends too party. Yea it would have been ok. But I was on vacation with other adults.

Was super noisy and bathroom was not safe getting out of the shower. No bathmat almost slipped.

Great stay as usual!

Our state was very good we had some problems with the pillows that were on the bed

Staff was good. The building needs TLC,

Cockroaches in our room. Bed were absolutely hard as rock. TV was fuzzy. Refrigerator motor was loud and running all night. Bathroom has debris on the ground. Just overall low quality rooms
