My stay was very welcoming and very cozy, I appreciate the staff for going out of their way to accommodate my needs and expeditely.

The stay was great! Nice and quiet. Exceptionally nice staff. However we removed the sheets from our bed to make the Maids/Housekeeping job a little easier and noticed the mattress cover absolutely covered in Urine and Blood Stains. It was revolting. Great experience otherwise

Ignore all the negative reviews for this place. Staff was so friendly & accommodating - available at all times to answer any questions & meet any needs we had. Room was cozy & satisfactory for our stay during coachella. Highly recommend for anyone who’s just looking for a convenient, clean & safe place to crash during festival season in Indio.

Had to switch the room 3 times because there was multiple issues with each room

Pool and jacuzzi were away from the building and offered no protection from wind and sun.

The location was perfect. I liked having the separate living room and bedroom. The staff was very nice and recommended nice things to do.

Very dirty and rundown. Quoted one price and then charged double stating the price quote was only good for one night. Very disappointing.

Room was spacious and comfortable. It’s out dated, the restroom needs remodeling. We had 3 beds which was great for our family of 5. The room was dusty. The restroom was not cleaned. It was yellow and brown around the edges. I usually disinfect before we use the restroom but I had two really clean it and disinfect.

Quiet,safe,beautiful view,warm and clean blankets.

Palm trees,mountain views are here. Quietand safe… no outside people walking around, only staffs and travelers are here. The facilities in room are old, but clean. The blankets are warm and clean.
