While the hotel is nice the staff is something else. Don’t bother calling about the 8 charges that showed up on your account when you checked out either because they don’t know and the person that does, won’t return calls

Pretty okay place to stay . Definitely needs some TLC every once an awhile... the "water park" is definitely need of some help and even a little warm water. Very cold water and no towels and no way to let someone know they need more...

I liked the courtyard access for our pets from our room.

our stay as a family at best western ramkota was a nice stay the kids enjoyed the waterpark and we enjoyed the hot tub we will stay here again

Travelocity booked the wrong night. The management couldn’t have been better helping get a room when needed. They are going to deal with Travelocity for me. I recommend the Ramkota Inn.

I appreciate the friendly staff and great service! Everyone said hello or good morning when we were in the hallway or lobby.

Bed seemed to be used up

The room was not Cleaned Properly. Shortage of towels and employees. Need to contact third party for refund.

Awesome place to stay

Not their fault where their property is located. Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, amazing food, and great pool. Will return and recommend.

Easy to check in. Love the pool

Hotel was clean but airport shuttle sucked. Had to leave at 530am to catch flight. Nobody called me to say can't find the driver. So had to pay Lfyt to get us there.

Bed bugs, contacted manager was told would refund money, now is refusing. Waste of money and time.

This hotel is a good, affordable option for a hotel with a indoor, kid-friendly water park. The hotel does definitely show it's age however, and the overall property could use a face-lift.
