The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and with a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. It was quiet even though we were on a main roadway. The customer service was very friendly, quick and helpful at both the check-in and check-out. We ordered in pizza and were able to enjoy it comfortably in one of the three common areas.

I don't know how this property gets any good reviews. I can only assume they are bought reviews. This was the worst stay I have every had. The pictures definitely make both the property and the rooms look way nicer than they are. It was seedy and run down. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, the room phone was broken. It had a sliding glass door with no rod to put down to keep someone from being able to come in. We were woken up twice in the middle of the night with 3 very loud sequential bangs - sounded like gun shots but then it happened again 15 minutes later - so maybe just loud banging on a door. The walls are so thin we could here every toilet flush. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FLEA!!!! DON"T STAY HERE AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE OTHER REVIEWS!

It was fine. A little dated and in need of a scrub down but fine for a night.

The beds need to be replaced, the pillows were awful and tiny, and the smart tvs are not smart TVs, you couldn’t cast or do anything.

We came down with a basketball team (there were other teams staying also). We were approached by staff rudely because we had a water in the pool area and then abruptly told the kids needed to exit the pool because it was adult time which we didnt see posted and was not brought to our attention prior to booking or we wouldnt have! I think your pool hours should be adjusted or exceptions should be made when children are just trying to enjoy their time there and when they are not being abnoxious or loud at all. A little friendlier approach would have been appreciated also.

I like that they had a pool and hot tub even though I didn't use it.
