Beautiful Hotel with great views.

Could not find the sauna

Staff here work quite hard to ensure all guests are take care of, major plus- not all Hiltons are equally alike. Food was great, although breakfast time is a madhouse, so go early. Nice accommodations for eating and sitting on the waterfront is quite nice!Bar serves up lovely cocktails, a great time at this property.

Stayed here for a conference at the VIECON for 4 nights. Really enjoyed it overall. All the staff were lovely. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and thoroughly enjoyed the food - the waiter was very pleasant and helpful, explaining some of the local dishes to us. The breakfast was also 5*, so much choice, really fresh and some great healthy options as well as alternative milks without having to ask. The hotel itself was clean and modern, the rooms were great, everything you could need including a plug next to a full length mirror, iykyk! An alarm clock with a wireless charger and a hair dryer that actually had a diffuser end! All little details but very much appreciated. Also noticed how quiet it was, despite the hotel being full which was so nice. One down side - it was about a 20 min walk to the conference centre and 20-25 mins in a taxi to the 'main' cultural centre, so felt a bit out on a limb. It was fine given the mild weather but the local transport is a walk away too so wasn't worth using for the distance.

Room was clean, breakfast was great! Only issue was our door wouldn't shut tight so it would open in the middle of the night.

Very close location for take our river cruise. HORRIBLE!!! TOO HOT rooms!! I asked for change my room. The second room was a little better. But there are NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL. The lighting at the bathroom is too low. I was very upset and couldn’t sleep at all because of the HOT. Lucky that was only one night staying. I never going to think in Hilton Hotels again for any staying.

Staff promised me to send invoice on my email and nothing. Sauna was closed without notice. When complained about it, offered compensation, but finally nothing…

Stayed for two nights and it was comfortable throughout. Better if staff who attended us during check in was a bit more polite with his choice of words.

Good selection at breakfast . Room was excellent size we had executive room so access to the executive lounge which was a nice perk. Nice shopping mall about 4 mins walk away and metro which U2 line took straight to Vienna centre in around 20 mins easy metro to navigate and we'll priced

The aircon was broken. Would always run 17 degrees, even when I switched it off it was still running cold air and our room was super freezing, I got sick the following day

The front desk agents weee excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. The coffee and bar area was very nice.

Good attention and attitude for all the employees

Excellent staff but hopelessly old and run down facilities for a Hilton. Had to move the room because heating wasn’t working and in general the staff seem to be too busy to keep this hotel up and running. I pity them. They were still nice despite the challenges. Shame on the management.

I have never seen such a fantastic variety of items on any breakfast menu. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all fabulous. My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel when we’re in Vienna next.
