Excellent staff

Very nice

Excellent service, great staff, nice clean hotel. The breakfast included was very good. Great location, huge park next door. Good exchange rate given at the front desk. The only negative was the hotel restaurant and hotel boutique, very expensive and not good value. Better to eat and shop elsewhere. I would stay ther again.

Service is wonderful. Not Many high end restaurants in the area was a problem for me.

Service, cleanliness, and comfort were all top notch. Cannot wait to visit again. No other hotel for us.

It was great. Conveniently located near airport and museums. Brackfast was delicious with the freshest fruit and cooked to order eggs.

Pretty old and run down. Location is solid, but not really within walking distance to much.

The staff is very friendly and the location is close to other places and very safe.

The hotel is across from a supermarket but there aren’t any restaurants within easy walking distance, and walking after dark did not feel like the right thing to do, so I ended up eating at the hotel restaurant, which was okay. Just okay. Hot water seemed to take a long time to get to the 2nd floor. The room had a coffee maker, but with porcelain cups, which made me wonder if they were dishwasher clean, or washed in the room with my towels. Ditto the drinking glasses. No refrigerator. Breakfast was satisfactory and they keep it open until 10:30 am, which was nice, as I’m not hungry when I first wake up. And if you bring a guest to your room for a visit, they charge an extra $50.

Loved our stay mostly… through the night we were awakened by what seemed to be people who had too much to drink, at one point I thought I would need to dress as it sounded like a woman was in distress… maybe 3 or 4 times throughout the night we were awoken. Then at breakfast a long hair was found in my girlfriend’s breakfast (I think it was the gallo pinto) but management quickly corrected the issue. I will try the hotel again when we return to San Jose in mid February.

Great stuff and good service

Stayed for a 6 days and food was amazing. Lots of local stuff to do.

Es un hotel viejo pero con habitaciones totalmente remodeladas. Excelente servicio del personal. El aseo de las habitaciones era impecable. Cuentan con tv moderna que permite transmitir desde tu celular al igual que una bocinita para escuchar tu música. La variedad del desayuno es muy buena.
