Great hospitality by the staff specially Verissimo, Sandro and Louis. Part of Property is old but hospitality by these individuals made it worth staying there.

Located in the heart of Zermatt. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our window. Very accommodating staff. Breakfast was really great . Out door area to sit and drink was also great. recommend

Everything was excellent, the service, food, everything. There was never a time where I felt like my needs were not being met. The room was also fantastic with a great view.

10/10 hotel! Amazing property and amenities. Their attention to detail when it comes to hospitality is top notch. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind. Next time we return to Zermatt we will definitely choose to come back to this hotel!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, nicely renovated, extremely comfortable and has all the modern conveniences. The only slight disappointment was the restaurant. It was too brightly lit, lacking ambiance and the service was disappointing.

Claudio and the staff were all amazing. Professional and super efficient yet with a homey atmosphere for a very high end property. Nothing was too much for them! Hotel manager was also terrific. Will definitely stay there again. Very welcoming and happy environment. Thank you Mont Cervin Palace!!

The property is gorgeous! What makes this property stand out is the exceptional service from the staff. From the concierge desk, to the reception staff to the spa/pool desk attendant, to the restaurant servers and management to the shuttle service, we received truly excellent care and attention. We will be back!

We couldn’t take a shower because our side of the hotel did not have HOT water only cold. They gave us a piece of chocolate to “compensate” totally unacceptable

The property was nice. I was very disappointed in my check in. I reserved and paid for 3 rooms. I was traveling with a group of 6 ladies. I had to check us all in as I had reserved and paid for the rooms. The other rooms were available on arrive and on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the mountains. My room wasn't available for a couple of hours and I was put in a room on the second floor overlooking the roof of the property. I was never asked if I wanted one of the nicer rooms. I'm glad my traveling friends got a super nice room but was very disappointed in my room. Bathroom was half the size of the others as well. I asked to be moved to the same floor the others were on but was told it would be an additional $1000 swiss francs. They knew we were traveling together. I thought this could have been handled better. The receptionist was a very sweet person and the manager, who I asked to speak with was also professional and nice. I was just disappointed they didn't make accomodations for my request.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Stayed 3 nights but could have done 4 or 5. The service was the best! I will be staying at this hotel again on my next visit.
