Dirty towel

There wasn’t a remote for the TV. Breakfast was a pastry that wasn’t even a breakfast pastry. Otherwise my stay was good and the clerks were friendly.

Was given a room that was still dirty. Switched rooms. This is an aged property for sure but the room was clean enough. Tv didn’t work. Discarded items lying around…there is a toilet at one end. You get what you pay for here.

The staff here where great but the property has a BED BUG infestation I have many bites and when brought to the staffs attention they tried to resolve by switching my room but it turned out that the new room also had BED BUGS. When I checked out the clerk was very gracious and did refund part of my stay.

This was rated mid 7s but it's not like a 5. First we had a problem with our room door. Then they moved us after we had all our luggage up on the second floor with no elevator. Then the room smelled and the bathroom was dirty and all outdated. There was stains on the floor and on the walls. My daughter was even afraid of using the bathroom. This was not a decent room at all.

Check in was easy, room was clean other than a couple stains in the carpet. Room was outdated but had all the essentials. Plenty of hot water for long showers. Would stay here again in the future.

For the price it was great. The outside is old and it looks like maybe there are people living there.

I have not stayed at such a dirty hotel bathroom was horrible. There was trash in the parking lot and the room next to ours had empty can's and bottles on the sidewalks

Everything good but no wifi at my room

Night clerk put me in room that smelled bad, and felt worn out. It was supposed to have a queen sized bed and a refrigerator. It had a standard size, poorly made bed and no fridge. I went to the front desk and told the clerk that I couldn't stay there and he refunded my money to expedia. I went back next morning and talked to the manager, who was very apologetic. Still, only if it's your only choice would I suggest staying there.

First room we got was not in good shape, bathroom looks dirty, tv not working. (Standard queen room) We then got another room a king one which was better but still not super clean especially shower.

Do not book this. It’s long term residential motel at the worst part of town, bugs in bed, stuff left by previous occupant around the room, etc.

Worst place ever! Bathroom tub dark dirt around grouting as well as grouting outside of tub! Green corrosion on toilet pipes! Toilet paper holder to the far left side on the wall; need to be long armed to even reach! TV did not work! Continental breakfast was one pot of coffee and small cinnamon rolls or Ho Hos! You should take this place off your list!! I feel a refund is totally necessary after this dive!!

The AC unit was not working and making noise. There were bugs inside and outside the property. The bed was dirty and had bed bugs. There were smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms. We ended up leaving the hotel and staying at a different hotel. The hotel was willing to give refund but then refused to refund us later when we tried to get refund through Expedia.

Staff were polite but breakfast was disappointing as not as advertised. Bins overflowing and pool dirty. With a little attention this could be a lovely hotel.

This hotel is nasty. Every inch is filthy. Blankets had visible dirt. Breakfast consists of pre packaged little debbie donut sticks and pecan twirls.

Terrible, nosy and dirty.

Very old and run down. The room was supposed to have a queen bed on first floor and we got the upper floor with a double bed. Holes in the wall where they must have moved the toilet paper holder from one spot to the next and never patched. Very run down.
