Room was worn out. Tv remote not working properly, very noisy doors. No stove top but pots and pans? Not really a kitchenette. Staff were excellent

Convenient location

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel seems to have had a recent update. Pool and hot tub were both nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room wasn't very clean. No soap provided to clean dishes. Plywood floor on balcony outside 2nd floor rooms was very warped to the point of being a tripping hazard.

There is literally no sound proofing in the rooms o could hear every single person coming and going at all hours which is lesss than ideal with small kids . Part of the building is under construction and the pool in the one building isn’t even operational so you have to walk outside to get to the pool and that was less than ideal if you have little kids. There was also no chain or extra door stopping lock which is something I feel almost all hotels have.

Had a problem with the tv not working. Took 2 hours to get maintenance to look at it. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was large with many cabinets and surfaces to set things on. It was very convenient to park just outside our motel door. The hot tub was hot and clean. On the other side, many surfaces had not been dusted for a very long time. Also, when I pulled out a cabinet to plug in a device, there were many things behind it. The room needs a deep clean.

Staff was kind, we got late check out on January 27,2026, as our shuttle to Kelowna airport arrived at 2pm, room was quiet and fed was comfortable. Kitchenette was equipped with basic dishes, pots and pans

Elevator in second building and pool working in second building.

Room was dated, building is old. The lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience with heavy bags. There must have been an event as there was quite a bit of noise from other guests and their. The room was clean, it worked for the purpose - a place to rest between driving stints.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Room service closed early, It would have been nice to find a bottle of water in the fridge. I had to go find a chair without arms so both husband and I could sit at the table (which we had to move in order to both have access to plugins for laptops.)

The staff are always very courteous and accommodating. They've always exceeded expectations, and I have never had an enjoyable stay at, well, any Sandman, really.
