Clean rooms and looks

Hotel was more like an old motel and run down.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn! The room was super clean, comfortable, and felt updated—not old or worn like some places. The location was super convenient, and we loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub after long days of exploring. Breakfast was a nice bonus—tasty and easy before heading out. Would definitely stay here again!

Fine for a night. Room was OK, shower never got hot, just luke warm. Very noisy area and outside voices carry right into the room. Breakfast was decent but not great.

Toe nail clipping found near bed and bugs come in from under the door given the large gap.

One quick night here but very noisy as there is a homeless encampment nearby. Also people leaving at 4 am and lots of car noises. Lousy night sleep. So so breakfast

Convenient location for visiting Monterey and Carmel.

The service was good fast and simple. didn’t have or need much interactions. while passing by the rooms blinds where open and most the rooms where empty. when checked in was told to wait for a clean room. the room smelled like it was moist and had a weird smell. the hot tub was broken. should be listed on the page. the pool entrance has a room card needed to enter but also had a latch that needs to be unlocked as well. the trash bins were small and had no lid so there were always flies around the first floor. trash bins needs lids to keep flys away.

Areas inside room looked old needed maintenance the pool was closed and needed cleaning around the hotel

Typically stay at Holiday Inns that are newer properties with interior hall entry. I didn’t know this was a motel style location. Parking was great and the pond was nice to walk around.
