This was a trip with a friend, we had fun.

Beautiful hotel, super comfy beds!

The rooms are out dated and very old the air unit was loud and barely worked. The outlets weren’t working either. The bathroom wasn’t clean on arrival. The hotel was nice overall and staff was pleasant. I enjoyed the location.

The overall hotel was nice. My only problem was that I chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. However, the area was freezing so I could not use it. The bedroom was very hot, even with the thermostat at 69 degrees. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Other than that it was a decent hotel.

Nice enough

Everything was exceptional.

Room temperature was below comfortable. The thermostat was set to 77 degrees but it didn’t get over 68. I believe the suite had a high limit of 68 which was not acceptable for a senior citizen. I raised the temperature before I went to bed, assuming it would get warmer, but it did not. When I got up at 1 am freezing it was too late for me to wait for a maintenance engineer to come. I put more blankets on but that didn’t help. My room temperature app read differently than the thermostat in the room. The outdoor temperature was not so cold that it would have an huge affect of the suite. Makes me wonder?

The room was so cold that I had to sleep in my clothes.

It was ok. A little disappointed on how loud other customers were during the late hours. Also, disappointed that their restaurant was under staffed. Our karate team went there for an event and when we asked for a table for 30, they said NO, because they didn't have the staff to support a table for 30. If you're hosting an event, the hotel should be staff properly.
