Outstanding

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. In addition to the cleanliness and friendly service, the hotel had all the amenities I needed -- fitness center, pool, business center, nearby shops/mall and restaurants. On the downside, the water pressure in my hotel room bathroom sink was low, and the lobby bathrooms had no soap in the dispensers.

The hotel could use some tlc and upgrades. No washcloths, shampoo was empty, walls in hall need repair, floors in elevator need repair. No snack vending machines. The overall stay was below average for the cost in my opinion.

Everything from minute walked in. Rude employees and gave us a room that was dirty with bed used and unmade food wrappers and used condom on floor

Beyond unprofessional will never book there again the place need to be remodel

Pros: The price. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I read many reviews about the rooms not being clean but mine was perfectly fine. Yes, they need some updating/renovations but for the price and time of year availability it was good. A/C and refrigerator worked great Cons: 2 glass entrance doors were broken and were in and out of service. 1 completely out of service had broken glass panels. The other, lock broken and could not use room key for re entry) This was a little inconvenient depending on location of available parking.

Nice people but the hotel is in disrepair. Seems like it was once a lovely property but is on its way down. That said it’s still a great value in the area. I’ve been staying there most weekends for months while in town for business so it’s not bad. Just don’t expect the ritz!

When we arrived at this hotel, our expectations weren’t through the roof, but nothing could have prepared us for this hotel. When we arrived we were checked in by staff, who were the only shining light of this hotel, the lady who checked us in was wonderful and very helpful. When we went to our room, we took the lift, which was in appalling condition and it felt like it wasn’t working properly. When we got in the room, it was a mess, the bed had cigarette stains and the room just had an unclean feeling. When my partner went to get her back from the car, she took the lift back up to the room…. She then got stuck in the lift for 5 minutes and another person in the lift had to open the doors with their hands so they could get out. We then decided to shower after a long drive, when we did, the bottom of the shower started to fill up with water and it felt like we were standing on a water bed and it felt like we would either go through the floor of the room would flood! We decided to go out for the day and just sleep in the room! When we returned, the hotel felt unsafe, as there were people loitering around. We went sleep in the not so desirable bed and when I woke up I had a rash and felt really itchy, so did my partner. The room and hotel was that bad, we ended up changing our plans and leaving a day early. Staff are very helpful but this hotel is awful - I do not wish to tarnish their name, but this review needed telling

I always read reviews and just about all the hotels I read there was a problem. I decided to go ahead and give them a chance. I agree about the upgrades. The hotel does need a face uplift and I'm not going to bash them. The carpet I was afraid to walk on and kept my house shoes on, housekeeping doesn't do a thorough job and twice they came in our room didn't clean but left towels and each time left our door open two days in a row. The bed squeaked everytime you moved and was uncomfortable. As I was saying I'm not going to bash them and hopefully one day they'll upgrade but the next time I visit I won't be staying there. It can be a very nice hotel but they need to upgrade and get better cleaning crew.

If you are looking to relax and watch a little television then this is not the place for you.

I don't recommend it.

The hotel was a manageable to stay for an evening. There were no working ice machines in the bathrooms needed some remodeling the front desk person wasn’t the most friendly. There are better options in the area.

I was traveling by myself so I was a little nervous. The place was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was great and the pool area was very nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Place was extremely dirty and run down. AC did not work and made a very loud noise when it was on. Out of the 2 shower towels I had, only one was clean. Other had marks on it...staff was nice/OK. Place needs an entire revamp...ty

No food anywhere. The women at front desk were rude.

The reviews are deceiving . Building is a bit run down and rooms rugs need cleaning or replacing. Indoor needs some tlc. The tevevision had no sound the excuse i was given was Geek squad did something they installed tvs(tvs are not old nor are the old but what does geek squad have to do with the tv having volume??? Honestly im not one to give a review but i just felt pictures on website are not what you actually get.
