pool and hot tub were nice, but the rest of the hotel, even the staff, were just absolutely terrible.

The area was OK to stay and pay for what you get. It was a decent price. they had to switch me my rooms out because the first room they gave me the bathroom ceiling tiles were missing

Food was delicious very clean huge room loved it!!

Good location to spots they need to posting about there free breakfast to be ate in lobby not your rooms needs work but could be good holtel with work

Close to where I needed to be, staff not very friendly and breakfast was terrible, powdered eggs and sausage was hard and cold.

Cigarette smell in common area , gross pool and hot tub - hair everywhere, dirt in the hot tub, no towels, even after asking. Broken shower (didn't work), tv impossible to navigate

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at! I used to travel every other week for job. This place is trash complete garbage! Rude staff. Dirty. Save your $$!!

The front desk was very helpful. The hotel was booked The room was filthy and falling apart. No other room was available. We didn't stay the night. The desk did refund the pet deposit paid upon check in and apologized for the condition of the room.

Minimal amount of fancy. Not dirty but not clean. Tolerable. The staff were friendly.

We reserved a king room, but when we checked in they said they had no king rooms left. Okay fine. They said they could put us in a double queen room for the same price. Okay sure whatever, we just want to relax. Get in the room to find its a double FULL room. They need to get their rooms marked right and when someone reserves a room they need to make sure that room is available to them. Oh and dont get me started on the breakfast. Eggs were cold. No coffee made and the guy behind the counter just said oh well. Tables looked like they hadnt been cleaned all weekend. Floor was gross. Over all it was a bad experience and we will not be going back.

The service was poor had to tell them to clean room seen 2 other rooms one room the tub was backed up and the shower head was not properly on. The second room when turning on sink it almost flooded bathroom. The staff tried to be of assistance but your first impression is your best impression.

We were gonna stay at this hotel because there was a swimming pool and hot tub upon arrival and checking in. We get to our room and I walked down to where the pool supposed to be in this entire building is under renovation, including the pool and hot tub so needless to say I'm out $80 because we did not say!

Booked 2 king rooms only got 1, they sold out and never notified us. Had mold in the bathroom, no latch for lock on the door, fridge cabinet was all broken, missing light bulbs and light cover, remote for tv didnt work, fridge and heater/ac unit very loud, toilet ran all night, dirty wash clothes hanging over the shower, tub was slimey and not cleaned. When we checked in there were no details on how to get to room, nothing told about the pool, breakfast or check out time.

Replace your matresses, Dirty floors, slow draining shower, standing in water during shower, ants, requested room change, told maintenance would snake drain, never showed, shortage of eggs and sausage, burn holes in blankets, room never cleaned during our stay and dog feces every where, requested a credit, denied, told nothing is wrong with our room

Never been so disappointed with a hotel quite like this one. No elevators, pool was under maintenance but when I called a day prior was told it was open. There was a mouse in our bathroom which then got lose in our room called the front desk told they would have the manager call me and that never happened.

Pool was closed and thats main reason we booked this location.
