Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Great place for the price.

Sadly this hotel is really old and needs renovations. There was mold in the bathroom, and stains in the room. Fire alarm went off at 4am - likely someone smoking in a room, and everyone had to evacuate the building.

The staff was amazing upon our arrival and very accommodating, especially since we had to switch rooms three times due to a persistent moldy smell. Unfortunately, the final room still had a faint odor, but we decided to stay anyway. Aside from the smell, the room had a few maintenance issues: the toilet paper holders were coming loose from the wall, outlets above my head on the bed and the hair dryer didn’t work initially—though to their credit, the staff quickly provided a replacement. I also noticed a small hole beneath the picture frame above the bed, which made me uncomfortable, so I stuffed it with tissue for peace of mind. Thankfully, it was only a one-night stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and just 12 minutes from the Wind Creek Event Center. Breakfast looked decent, but we opted for Perkins next door, where hotel guests get a 10% discount. The gym was clean and well-maintained. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option that might work well for college students, travelers passing through, or anyone looking for an inexpensive overnight stay.

My kids and I stayed here one night as a pit stop on our way to upstate ny. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly. They have coffee in the lobby 24/7. The room was clean. The ac worked well. There were no elevators. There were few outlets and nowhere to plug in any usb chargers. The decor was either missing or outdated. The things that mattered were great. Aesthetically could use some work but would definitely stay here again.

room was large & relatively clean, but definitely smelled like smoke. . bathroom had some mold in corners & in room sink drained real slow. Smoke alarm wet off in entire motel at 4:00 am & nobody there to turn it off. was an hour till got back to room. Thought they give a little compensation, bu no.

We liked everything. This our 8th time staying here. We were here less than a week ago. We go to concerts at Wind Creek Casino. Breakfast is great. Staff are so friendly. The bed is fabulous and huge. We love it here.

Property Staff Is Awesome. HOWEVER ! I would NEVER stay in this hotel UNTIL they improve the Humidity Levels in the building. The rooms smell MUSTY AND MOLDY. The beds at night after spending the day out for 4 days Felt like sleeping in rooms that had Blankets that came out of the drier not quite dry. And this is with the AC on 65 degrees all day long to keep the room cool in the summer. Your Clothing KEEP IT IN YOUR SUITCASE it is the only way you will keep your clothing being affected by the humidity. IT IS BAD !!!! I notified the front seat and they said they would speak to maintenance. It has nothing to do with maintenance it has to do with the owners installing Dehumidification system into the building or into rack individual room. A lot of the hotels in the area use them. It’s time to step it up and put in a system to keep your guests comfortable.

We love staying at your property every time in the area. Would like more fluffy pillows, though. Otherwise 5stars

Great breakfast.

The carpet and all the towels in room 149 were damp. It needs a dehumidifier for a few days.

Check in was so easy ....front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful.

I really liked the king size bed, it was very comfortable. I loved the idea of the Jacuzzi tub, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it because there was no stopper for the tub. We asked for one, but unfortunately, they didn’t find one until 11:30 PM the night of our stay and it was too late then. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning were great. The staff was very friendly.

Decent room and clean but smelled of smoke. Friendly staff and nice check in. Reasonable rates. Would stay again.

Hotel was a good option for lower priced room with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The building is older and it shows, but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. And the price was fair. Overall a very nice stay.

Great family owned hotel and an amazing value! The free breakfast was very nice! Eggs, sausage, bagels, build your own waffles, cereal - the whole nine yards.
