Nice people at check in

Its is reasonable rate .

Was a nice place to stay but is not handicap accessible. Does not have an elevator. My handicapped husband had to walk to the second floor where our room was. Was told no rooms on first floor were available.

Discussing bathroom, would not take shower in bath because ok mold. Would love to share picture I took.

Everything was good. Unfortunately I did not realize that the beds were only double and not queen my problem next time I will book a king room

Driveway had a sheet of ice Desk clerk made snarky remarks when we arrived. Room was freezing- no heat on at all. Heat on full blast the entire stay, the room became not frozen but never even got close to not cold- did could not shower it was sooo cold. I slept in my coat.

Very nice staff. Rooms were what you’d expect. Small breakfast but was nice to have some options in the morning.

Not clean, hut tub in room had rose pedals ans soap scum....a little bleach goes a long way. I should of got a standard room instead.

The room didnt have heat. Paid for a late check out and was woken up at 11 AM asking me to check out. I worked an 16 hr shift and only check in at 6:30 am. Was pretty annoyed being woken up.

I checked in already online sharing DL, filling in my address, using my credit card and signing the required to save time at the front desk. I got a confirmation that I will just have to take the room key but after driving 250 miles from my home with kids I was asked to do all that I did online(paperwork) again from the scratch. The guy at the reception wasn't soft spoken too. I went to the front desk and asked for paper cups and took 2. He told me " you already have 2, how many do you need" in a heavy tone.

It was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. There was no closet to hang anything up. The bathroom fixtures were terrible. The toilet seat would not even stay up. We needed extra towels and had to go to the front desk to get them and the towels were terrible. The place definitely needs a lot of work. I would not stay there again until the work is completed.

there was a transformer that blown up effected the 3rd floor, went without power for 10 hours. needed to prepare for our son's wedding, with cold showers and dressing in the dark, not offered some type of compensation for our inconvenience.

Motel vibes

The property was dated, in need of work, the driveway was full of holes. The location was good, and the beds were very comfy. There was trash in our room, a cup on the floor and coffee cup lids behind the fridge.

The hotel has seen better days and could use an update and deep cleaning. Staff were great but it’s hard to ignore that cleaning and maintenance have been ignored for a long time.
